    @airtelindia my broadband not working from past three weeks and i raised so many service request and write emails and inform Airtel cares through tweet but the problem being not address by any service engineer. Surprisingly the few massages received by me the problem resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not able to use internet. Red light coming in your nokia router. Yesterday also the same thing happened. Airtel thanks app is saying they are also facing an issue. Please resolve my issue at the earliest and then fix your app.

    @VittalGopal , @airtelindia sir , there is no competition left now in telecoms. Now your airtel fiber services is also going poor day by day. Raise a complain since 48 hrs but not resolve. Also I am very much surprised that your app say 0 complain , instead of mine open issue.

    @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal Please help. Called @airtelindia 8 days back to move BB connection. They say call only 24 hours before shifting places. Did the same. After 24 hours pass, I'm told, it needs another 24 hours. Can you pls excuse all your staff from your office on Monday?
