@airtelindia you're service is worst one I've ever had. I have subscribed for HD cahnnels and they aren't working all other channels are working and you still haven't solved my problem. What's the point of getting HD cahnnels. I hope Jio comes soon.

I am very much frustrated since last ( 01/08/2022 ) All because of AIRTEL @airtelindia They should need to change their slogan to "One of the worst network provider in india" I was totally last cool. I requested a broadband connection also did payment but still no connection.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Due to lack of connectivity issues, I am facing connectivity issues while on call, if I want to talk to someone, I have to go outside my house. That's how you are treating your customers it's been 6months with same problem.

@airtelindia I just made a recharge through Payzapp 20 mins back but it's still not reflecting and it's very urgent. There is no way to reach customer service support on call as the IVR doesn't have any option for the same. Can this be processed on urgent basis?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's surprising that Airtel has such talented field technicians who without even visiting the complainant's place, provides solution by simply replacing the modem, don't feel the need to do RCA or simple troubleshooting steps.
