    @airtelindia Broadband shift request raised on 01-Jun. Technician assigned on 5th Jun. Still pending after multiple customer care calls and 2 visits to Pallavaram store. Repeated 24 hour promises but no resolution. SR No. 21-170826877297. Please resolve urgently.

    @airtelindia I have activated 2998 world pack 10 days back and it was for 1 month but now it is not working for internet outside India. I tried to called your customer care but they are not connecting what a worst useless care service. Can you check why it is not working?

    Is @airtelindia treat their customers in this way. Is this fair? Poor customer service. Spoken with an executive to 121, who says only yesterday i have disconnected the line, i just booked a new line. Then i explained for the 3 rd time....

    The @airtelindia doesn't move an inch to restore the breakdown that has happened to 17 households. I doubt if they have any foot on ground! The affected area is just a 1km roadside strip that ideally takes 6 to 8 hours to fix. But it is more than 100 hours now of no response!

    @airtelindia you guys have become such a big scam company now. I have been your broadband customer for a long time & after using that for a long time i finally opt in for a yearly plan and paid in one time via your app & within a first biling cycle you guys are asking for more.

    Here is a pro tip.😎 @airtelindia can't guarantee constant #5G speeds ( you will experience call drops on WhatsApp calls and terrible speeds). Switch to #4G as your preferred connection and enjoy better/stable connection, speed and virtually 0 call drops..... @Airtel_Presence had to introduce this gimmick called "5G priorty" (just goes to show how bad their network is and they had to throttle speeds of genuine prepaid 5G customer speeds.😬 Expect better 5G speeds when the world moves into 6G.😜 Yes, thats how Indian Telcos work.

    @airtelindia getting a service is so easy, well done. But terminating one is ****** up. After 20yrs being loyal customer thinking of getting out ! Harassment, sitting at abroad get 1000calls to collection team to collect Dth box, but no one show up ! Fu!! @reliancejio Share plan

    @airtelindia pathetic wifi service in Chandigarh area. Your service engineers don’t show up and don’t even answer calls. Local airtel kiosk people also don’t send engineers after saying the engineer is on the way! Time to switch from airtel I guess ! @airtelnews

    @airtelindia wifi is not working properly since Sunday in Noida and there is no resolution from your. you keep increasing the timeline to restore the services. There is no clear communication of what’s the issue. @airtel_wifi
