It is sorry to say that the quality of service of Airtel has drastically gone down. I have raised a request for Network issue atleast 20 days back neither the issue is been solved nor any one contacted till now.I am using the airtel from past 10 years,worst exp @airtelindia

@airtelindia You broadband services have been very inconvenient to me. I have to complain everyday on 121 to get my connection working. After every complaint all I hear is "you'll get permanent resolution this time" but the promises are never fulfilled. #airtelxtremefiber

@airtelindia 31-3807752976381, dated 15/12/2021 still not resolved. No action taken and yet the status says resolved ! There is no network on the busiest part of Mumbai and claims being made of having the best network
