    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just a friendly suggestion. Better you should shutdown your network services in our area completely. There will be no change with this kind of poor infrastructure you are maintaining in our village. Don’t take rural customers for granted.

    Applied for port from Airtel to VI on 3 April, still pending as of 9 April. Exceeded 3–5 days timeline as per TRAI guidelines. Airtel says under process, no resolution yet. UPC Code: AB248146 @AirtelIndia @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @airtelindia currently at Tirupur in Dharapurram Rd. About half an hour back connection was frequent cut. Technical fault is normal. I want to know whether there was disturbance in network, to ascertain if my mobile need to be attended for any slight faults.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to get my Apple subscription cancelled since Feb. Been more than 2 months. It’s been more than one month since my last tweet and you X team taking over. 5 weeks later still explaining my issue to the 10th exec. WHY? How absolutely incompetent.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia literally i have been following up every single day, the CS says that it gets cancelled without any reason given, again it reopens and closed again“Cx said he is not interested” how is that even possible??! Im going to open a formal complaint @consaffcircle

    @airtelindia From almost A month I am complening about two issues one of them is very basic related to hellotunes but after giving complaints at senior level CC as well no resolution at all, today as well given one more time same complaint. Is it really difficult to resolve???
