  @airtelindia their call and internet services are soo bad that it's impossible to open their own app to even complain. Despite repeated complaints no resolution they only send messages they'll get in touch and never do and close the issue without any resolution or even a call 1/2

  @airtelindia I think the customer service that I expected from you has not been fulfilled. My father has an Airtel number and a dongle but in Lucknow near Indira Nagar, he is not able to get the network and has no wifi. Complaints have been raised and nothing has been resolved.

  @airtelindia Because of the unfair duopoly created in the telecom sector in India, companies like airtel is taking advantage of it and taking its consumers for granted. For last 1 hour I patiently waited to somehow open the Twitterapp to tweet this. ****** network af and I am platinum member.
