@airtelindia I now know the strategy behind your campaign of achieving zero complaints. Give a TAT of 15 days to complaints and then auto-close the complaint after 8 days!! and this happens to high LTV customers!!!

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your CC doesn't respond to emails. So does your Kolkata Appellate - 3 days and still no response. Is this what we expect from Airtel? Service is not just connectivity, it's the the "experience" in entity. And it's quite unpleasant.

@airtelindia I am staying in well developed area in Puducherry and willing to avail Airtel black benefits why you team is not able to provide with Airtel Fibre service even now after one year. When your services are not so good with fibre kindly do not market your product fibre.
