    well it's been quite a journey with @airtelindia being a consumer !! but in the recent past few months after constant call drops and unstable internet; have raised the issue to @Airtel_Presence for n number of times in the past 6-7 months & 3 times in the last month alone!

    Sucks when you can't get OTP to recharge your expired Airtel package as the sms services have expired too. Solution: Sleep until @airtelindia has a solution for me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifis down since 3pm yesterday. Resolution deadlines not even being met. Are we living in the stone age? How are we supposed to wfh like this?! Pathetic,this has been going on since a week. Pune kalyani nagar is a joke when it comes to Airtel.
