    @airtelindia noone cared to call me when i raised multiple complaints regarding connectivity issue over last few months. Received call in 10 mins after port request. And executive had no info on complaints.Customer retention is more important than acquisition!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why do you have customer care people doing sales of CCTV camera, if they don’t know how it functions. I placed order yesterday for Camera to cover my covered car parking. The installation guy today visited and said what I ordered is for indoor.

    @airtelindia request 10103428499 pathetic service before this complaint it was disconnecting in between but this engineer visit n connection dead totally landline also not working also he is blackmailing for fiber which is not available in society n sector then why blackmail
