    @airtelindia @airtelnews whenever you tweet to airtel, they request to correspond on DM, when one agrees to to deal on DM. Either they donot bother or they close case, which has been done again in my case without going into problem. request to open my case and address properly

    @airtelindia does not allow me to change IVR language, which by default, they have made Hindi. There is no option in IVR, calling up customer care did not help. They are asking me to visit a physical Airtel service center. #StopHindilmposition

    @airtelindia My SIM stopped working. When contacted customer care informed that there is no store at my location(PIN 272001) & the nearest location is approx. 80km. Airtel ready to provide new SIM at doorstep but not able to provide replacement at doorstep. How bad service is it.
