Disappointed by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence giving 5G on the advertisement but on the ground 2G network is not working...I have recharged my number the last 10 days before but still shows no service and an Emergency call. Please give me a last one-time signal I will port it.

@airtelindia Airtel India , request number is 10072059841,which was registered on 20th August. Daily I get message that engineer will come today at bla bla time and your issue will be resolved by today by bla bla time. It is hampering my office work. can I expect some fixation on this.

Pathetic service & response from @airtelindia. Even after 7 days of installation of dth, unable to get any channel or the committed apps. Calls to customer care has only ended up with false commitments. So called Airtel black. Regret choosing them & now being stuck with them
