Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia I have made complaint on 11.01.2022 regarding to my broadband connection but till now.i have not received any call from airtel. Very poor service. My complaint no. 140737558. Due to airtel's conduct I m loosing my valuable time and online work. Thanks Airtel.
