Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia we have your poorest wifi service. Even under the 5 metres radius of the router, the network is unstable and fluctuating. It is hard to reach your Customer Care service. The automated voice process is just pathetic. @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia pathetic, cheater. Took 200 mbps plan getting all of a sudden frequent disconnection. Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.

Dear @airtelindia, Absolutely love how consistent u are not in providing internet, but in sending bills right on time. WiFi hasn’t worked fr 2 weeks, but the invoice shows full dedication. Truly inspiring service. Are we paying for the internet… or for your imagination of it?

Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence service. Shifted my Airtel Black connection (WiFi + IPTV). IPTV has not been installed yet, its been over a week since i paid the initial amount, zero response or resolution. #Airtel #AirtelBlack @airtelindia @airtelnews
