Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

You've got wfh though u don't want it, n the WiFi doesn't work just before meeting. @airtelindia customer care personal is nowhere to reach, chatbot asks all the wrong questions. is this how @airtelindia is aiming for 0 complaints... By ignoring complaints on technicality basis.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have contacted customer care multiple times over past 2 days for broadband disconnection but each time no one handles process and starts telling all schemes and forcing to continue connection. No one coming for disconnecting the broadband. Horrible
