Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

Currently using Fixed #Wifi of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, it feels like huge disappointment.The company is doin nothing to fix the solution permanently. They only send engineers bt doesn't solve problems for once and all. May switch provider. Any suggestions? #Wifi #Tired
