  Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

  @airtelindia Porting to Airtel Postpaid was the biggest mistake i have done. Apprx 2000 rs bill has been paid and yet issue is not solved. Just try again and wait 4hrs or 8 hrs is the statement @TRAI

  I had the worst experience with @airtelindia . Even after payment my outgoing services are still blocked saying ‘outgoing services are not available due to non payment of bill’ Raised multiple complaints, emailed them but still no resolution.

  @airtelindia I've been reporting issues with internet getting disconnected for the past month. There's been no follow up, no resolution, no technician who came to check it out. Everytime I call customer care they say it'll be resolved in a day and absolutely nothing is done.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.
