Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

Today I called @JioCare @reliancejio again to sort my problem I couldn't get connected and told by the machine answer that call can not be connected to executives. I have always been supporting Jio but the service has become pathetic I think I should switch to @airtelindia (5/6)
