    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @ACTFibernet 72 hrs gone and they will take another 72 hrs … 6 days to resolve my complaint. @airtelindia capitalise on ACT customers in Bangalore. Your request SR10260744543642 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/12/2021 06:57:19 PM (MM/DD/YYYY.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel prepaid connection that was being used until last week got deactivated all of a sudden . I was having validity until 15th August and was doing regular recharges. Please address this issue at the earliest as this is my primary sim

    Thanks @reliancejio, while I'm downloading something at one point it reached 4Mb/s. where @airtelindia struggled to reach 50kb/s. They call themselves India's no.1 network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim suddenly stopped working... It's saying can't register on network... And when I talked with customer care they said ... No mam.. all okay from our side.. then I visited airtel office and they said u have to replace the sim and charged 100 rs..

    @airtelindia pathetic service by Airtel India . The ticket 135188738 was closed without resolution . The router was to be changed as per Technician and he begged for Happy code which I gave on pretext that he will change it next day. its been 3 days and no resolution .Pathetic

    @airtelindia... You probably hv the worst of worst network in the whole world. When you cannot provide normal network connectivity even either in Delhi/NCR or PM's constituency, Where else do u expect to provide any fig of connection ??? Its a burden on the country and consumers

    @airtelindia wants to increase tariffs without improving the service. Not able to give a basic yet one of the most critical service of replacement sim.. @VittalGopal ji
