    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    Dear @airtelindia you claim to be the best network, but you don't even have email I'd mentioned in any of your mails nor on the website! Under help section it's just to contact via app and call. How will a person who's in another country contact you? @vodafone is much better

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband disconnection is frequent in our area and has been going on for last few days. Several service requests have been raised and those are resolved in some hours and the connection is back online. Please help, this hampers our work a lot.

    @airtelindia Third class service, playing with customers Security, very negligence towards customers never use Airtel bank, you will never know when your Airtel number will be issued to someone without notice, they will never listen you. Fraudulent services from Airtel.
