Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

They keep on changing the time this is the only solution from them 5 30, 11 30, 17 30, 23 30 and it repeats... When i called customer care they are saying just now the have received wire and sort it out at 11 30

Now, when I call "25 days Money double" spam message runs for 2 min under the name MoH. So irritating. Just Opted Port OUT.

As an @airtelindia user, the service is still poor and unreliable when it comes to indoor coverage. I miss old times of 2G and 3G, go anywhere and network is working. For faster internet, we compromised with calling.
