    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

I request Airtel to investigate this issue, honor the originally displayed offer, and provide a clear explanation. @airtelindia

    Hey @Airtel_Presence My internet isn't working despite showing full network strength. I can make/receive calls & texts fine, but mobile data won't work. Tried restarting & toggling Airplane mode - no luck. Need this resolved urgently! #Airtel @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI customer bht kam option network mai postpaid prepaid karke recharge karke customer care wale kuch din mai hoga bolke prepaid karke de nhi rahe h firse postpaid ka bill bana rahe h fir recharge karna pad raha h logo network option nhi h

    @shadabghouri @airtelindia They are such a loot that without customer consent they implement new plan over old plan. Usually we recharge in advance so that we can get uninterrupted service but they scam us by implementing new plan along with old plan in name of plan with different amount.

    @TRAI Everywhere. @airtelindia increases the pack price only. Never increase network coverage. Even at home I didn't get proper internet connectivity whereas the tower is just 100-200 meter away. Some time didn't get the call. Sometime unable to hear voice on call. @Airtel_Presence
