    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    hello @airtelindia i used my phone in night and slept then i woke up in the morning nd i saw my sim is closed ,i went to nearest airtel retailer he charged me 100 inr for a new sim card ,he said airtel shut down 4g sims without any reason. Is it true? I'm very unhappy. hpynewyear

    @airtelindia Everyday i get a call form airtel company that network in my area is being upgraded, but day by day internet speed is decreasing. 4g runs even poorer than 2g. Very sad performance.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is performing very poorly in my area. Data is not connecting well & it's very difficult to use when there's no WiFi. Only having your service for a brand name called Airtel!! 🙁

    Meanwhile @reliancejio announced free to call every operator which they were charging before.. Where as no one is appreciating @airtelindia who from starting only offering this facility of truly unlimited call on any network. I am thankful satisfied user of #airtel #loljio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been trying to send messages or use some internet but they just don't happen from my internet. See I've sent a message at 22:43 (10:43 pm) and it's not delivered even after 11:15 pm, need some fix 🙏

    Jio network is just as poor as Namo App. Absolute crap. Switching to Airtel soon and will ask free port to Airtel to all my customers. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Really Airtel network connectivity issues unsolved but they really take care of their bill amount don't care of the people problem. Really feeling shame of airtel for the worst service experience.

    Even the wifi by @RailTel went out in New year (and this is very frequent is you are reading, please improve service @RailTel ) But @airtelindia , can you make the network better, we literally have to go out of the house to even talk on call, the network isn't good
