    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - It had been more than 31hr to which my internet connection is lost and have raised a complaint yesterday for which the associated SR no. - 130939062 but no resolution is provided. I having a major dependency as I do WFH. Please address issue ASAP.

    Airtel is one of the worst network I have ever seen. I complaints many times but they didn't respose in positive way. Approx 500 meter away airtel tower, but still a worst network even we are not able send message via whatsapp @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Both are providing worst internet service but @airtelindia is more worst internet service provider at No.5 Dhansiri, Rowta, Assam(784508) in comparison to @reliancejio. Although @airtelindia asked my details after my 1st tweet but not any improvement seen yet.

    @airtelindia After that it was the modem issue and modem got changed but the issue remains the same.After that it was told to me that I have to reboot the modem every 24 hours and I did that but guess what issue remains the same.  After that Airtel told me to upgrade the plan and

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Rgd 08040921320. My credit card has done a yearly payment of Rs.12315/- by mistake and now I called cust care they moved me to monthly 999 plan and now it seems they will credit only Rs.9327 that too after 15 days from now. customer for 10 years
