  Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

  Zero resolution from @Airtel_Presence on double billing post-router return, so I’ve officially escalated this to @consumerpao (Ref: [10056314]). @airtelindia, hanging up on customer calls won't make the issue disappear. Fix this billing error now.

  @airtelindia I have been calling your customer care support every day for the past 20 days regarding an issue with the 5G network. My recharge plan includes unlimited 5G data, but my regular data gets exhausted, and I am unable to use the unlimited 5G service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_India_ Despite repeatedly raising complaints through the Airtel app, complaints are being closed without resolution. I have also personally visited 3 different Airtel store visits and explained the issue. I was assured that a technician would visit, but no technician has visited

  Sincerely pathetic airtel customer care @airtelindia @airtelnews Changed to prepaid to postpaid and informed the validity will be adjusted against bill pay and then once changed, informed only 100 per month will be adjusted against 3500 annual recharge

  @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Yeah, the problem is they've dumped 4G long back, so it's unreliable already. And for 5G, the range is low - travelling faster in highways require switching base stations. Unless they increase the number of towers in these regions, we ain't gonna see good 5G connectivity.

  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia Much Needed, Vivek bhai. Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. But yes Vi-BSNL partnership looks promising now..

  @TRBRajaa @airtelindia @airtelindia soon ...their 5G network will be downgraded to 2G. In Chennai the Airtel was the best in everywhere and now the worst network 🛜
