    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @AgnihotriiJi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You must have followed their fake 'open network' which shows excellent network in areas where there is no network at all. They have left you struggling for the next 90 days. This is how they are growing by taking money from people and giving poor service.

    @DoT_India I have DND activated on my number since long time. Have raised lot of tickets with @airtelindia Still getting lot of unwanted calls. DND is not working.

    @airtelindia Not allowing conversion from postpaid to Prepaid in Mumbai if the number belongs to Maharashtra Circle. What is this non-sense rule of yours ? So only option is MNP & leave Airtel as service provider ?

    @skumar_hsb @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They won't resolve the issue but update their system as complaint resolved. This is the fine print of their zero complaint policy. That's what they did with me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we were at your store at residency bangalore, and the staff there especially Shweta V, was very rude and left the counter even after there was a long que of customers. Pathetic pathetic service and please teach Ms. Shweta V some customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on your advertisement you guys claim that you'll not stop until your queries comes 0 but I think that is just an advertisement. In reality you guys don't bother about the customer's issues.
