  Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

  @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At the start of 2025 I wanted to install wifi at my apartment flat and I was a post paid customer at that time, but the engineer said the box of full and would add a new box. Next day the order was cancelled without a notice. 1/3

  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5G is available in my area, but the signal is extremely weak and inconsistent. It was very good till 5 days ago. I have complaint so many time at your customer care number but there is no resolution provide till now.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed! Installed Xstream box just a month ago; remote is already broken & internet speed is pathetic. Worse, your customer care agent was rude and hung up on me. Need immediate resolution and action against the agent no. 9893455967
