Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@JioCare Hai urvi, your process will work with Airtel network only as they had launched 5G network commercially. Same thing was experienced by me @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . But while coming to Jio still it is in beta phase, invitational message is required from you. (1/2)

@airtelindia What kind of ethics do you have. I raised dnd request 6 months before till now not executed. Then I raised port request. You begged to stay with you and committed to sort this out. Nothing happened till now. Worst experience.

@airtelindia I made a recharge for INR 6,999 for international roaming for USA. But internet has not been working. 0 support to fix this. Pls either get this fixed or refund the huge amount paid to you.

@airtelindia Complaint raised of 6 Nov 22 regarding 5G not started in 5g smartphone with updated OTA Software, promised resolution till 14 Nov 22, now 18 November 22 still stand the same, complaint no. CT2DT3DEL20221106960373 dated 6 November 2022.
