    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia I would like to close my Airtel Payments Bank account. I called up the customer care and he told me to wait for 14 days because the server is stuck. I asked him to give it in written that the account can't be closed for another 14 days. He disagreed.

    @airtelindia i have complained dozen of times for bad network in my area. but i got no any support or solution feeling troublesome from last 6months. Bad Quality of network nd no customer support.

    @airtelindia there is fiber cable damage in my building and its been 2 days nobody came to repair it and this kind of issue happened multiple times. I think its time to shift to @reliancejio #AirtelXstream #JioFiber
