  Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

  @airtelindia Your customer care sold a WiFi + OTT plan. The OTT service stopped working within 24 hours, and despite registering a complaint 2 days ago, there has been no resolution. Your team was quick to sell the plan but seems unwilling to support it. #PoorCustomerService

  @airtelindia my Dad was trying to migrate from physical to e-sim yesterday night. His phone stopped showing network immediately and learnt his e-sim process got cancelled. His phone has no service since last night. Customer service could not help, stores are closed. Please Help!
