    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @cred I recharged my number with cred, your app is showing it's successfully done but my number didn't get recharged. Your app doesn't have any option to lodge a proper complaint. What do I do??? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one of my airtel number was recharged thru Cred!!
