    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia how many days needed to fix customer issues? 1st complaint raised on 19th April, another 4 days back. You want zero complaints on your system, good luck with that.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Tweet 2-2 Do not expect custs to call at office hrs n argue with your representatives for hrs to get issues solved. Ultimately blame process for delay. Why can’t u log multiple issues in the same call n expect to call separately

    @airtelindia one of the worst site I have come across, the interface is very bad. Recharge are horrible and don't know why payment gets failed. With this how they are managing payment bank god only knows and promoting out of 3, 2 are choosing Airtel. Internet always a problem.
