    @airtelindia Don't ever use any of airtel services. Their promises are fake. I live in pune and had bought airtel 4g hotspot for 2400 rs but the internet speed was poor than 2g. And after I complained to airtel they told me they can't help in this case. Don't fall in their trap

    So Airtel Customer Service tells me to DM my issue.. so that I don’t slander them in public!! 2 months gone.. countless DM’s and the issue remains unresolved. Customer service wants me to run around to a Airtel store to get my issue resolved!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #worst

    @reliancejio just ported my number to jio from @Idea. Worst internet speed experienced as of now in Pune. @airtelindia you guys are absolutely right, sab try kro fir sahi chuno. You're the next. Lets try it out.

    Mind you...while this entire fiasco continues, I am battered with messages and calls to continue paying as per plan. No word of any waiver or discount for shit #airtel can’t get right!! I regret using your service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    They actually keep saying they have tried to reach out. Infact they never do. Everytime a customer representative calls, they have no idea what the issue is and one has to repeat the entire ordeal once again, only for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to do nothing about the issue!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic and Lousy indoor coverage, made several complaints, which have yielded no results.Customer care has 2 scripted answers 1.There are no plans to add additional towers at the mentioned location or 2.Please change your Airtel simcard.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia made several complaints about network coverage issue, but customer uncare seems to be absolutely incompetent to even understand the issue forget about channelizing it correctly towards resolution.All the resolutions they suggest are vague and useless

    Dear @airtelindia I live in mumbai and your network does not work in city then how it works in village . You shouldn't waste your money in advertisement just improve your previous network because of us you earn so why not you give us satisfactory services.1/2
