    @airtelindia it has been 9 days since i paid for new fiber broadband connection and i am still waiting for it to be installed. I have dropped two emails till date to your customer care copying Maharashtra nodal officer but no reply yet. Pls process refund if not keen🙏🙏

    Each time I call my "PRIORITY CUSTOMER SUPPORT" which claims to have "ONE CALL RESOLUTION" sure doesn't know how to back their word. I get a standard response stating we are taking your complain request and we'll get back to you on priority @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I appreciate relocation of my DTH service it was completed within 24 hrs. Even with that I have been charged Rs 365 for "Hardware Material" which I thought should have been covered by airtel for me being a premium customer. @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia
