@airtelindia Really disappointed with #airtelblack service. I am existing postpaid subscribers with family plan. Opted for #airtelblack with broadband and was told first month is free. Got first bill, full charges applied!!

@Airtel @airtelindia @AirtelCares How many times will your people keep calling to find out why I want to cancel a SIM card? Go look up "dissatisfied customer" in any good online dictionary. Then send a copy of that entry to all your staff. That's why you are losing customers!

Worst service from @airtelindia in Nashik area. Recently got a subscription of broadband plan however the support in-case of any issues seems worst. Just adding in new customers without proper Infra setup and Customer support is not a gif strategy to compete with @reliancejio
