FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Know after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia

My router is broadcasting 2.4 GHz, but the printer cannot even detect the SSID. Please disable 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) on the 2.4 GHz band and set the 2.4 GHz mode to 802.11 b/g/n. Also ensure PMF (802.11w) is Optional or Disabled.”
