@airtelindia This is very much surprising even though I escalated the matter of non receipt of FASTag for my vehicle OD02AR1661 even after 45 days of booking. No one is responding to my complaint from AIRTEL Support team. Now I have to take assistance of legal cell.

@airtelindia I have ordered a FASTag on dt 10/12/19 for my vehicle OD02AR1661 , but till day I have not received the same. Very horrible service. Not at all cooperating to customer. Harassment and very ridiculous.

@airtelindia Not allowing OTPs when the prepaid validity is over is a terrible policy. OTPs are basic services required by every bank. Or banks like @TheOfficialSBI should scrap this.
