@airtelindia #New scam from airtel Not giving services to customer for broadband and asking for full monthly payment. When requesting to customer care to correct the bill, then received the answer that no one complaint except you so you have to pay full bill.

My Airtel sim stopped working so i issued a new sim day before yesterday. I was told that it would start working in 6 hours. Then yesterday customer care told me it would take another 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours and the sim is still not working @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been using your network for quite some years now. My wife also ported her Vodafone number to Airtel few months back but this experience has been nothing but bizarre. There's not been a single day when I have got proper network for even once
