Really horrible time facing with @airtelindia. My broadband plan changed automatically with any notification. to revert to the old plan from last 15-20 days not able to reach customer support. Raising ticket through chat but after some time issue getting resolved. @airtel

OTT plans should come with bulk data. Who will watch anything with just 1.5 or 3 GB data. Someday 10 GB is used while watching any perticular series. So per day plan don’t make sense with OTT. Introduce customer friendly prepaid 4G plan @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
