  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I am getting 5-10 Mbps speed in Wifi since morning, when I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan. I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it.   @airtelindia Can you help me porting the connection or getting a new connection as It seems I am dealing with @JioCare the most incompetent force of service providers who can't solve a simple issue of network and ask for new connection.Just feed up with their generic assurance.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

  Trust me guys never use airtel broadband if your work is dependent on the internet the worst service you will get it been 15 days having frequent disconnection and no solution just wait in the call as trader loosing money because of fuckall internet @airtelindia avoid airtel !

  Hello @airtelindia, I want to debundle my Airtel black. The customer care team is unable to resolve it and I was told that I will receive a call by 5pm yesterday from backend team as there is some issue from their end. Still no call have been received.

  Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

  @airtelindia This is how they treat their customers, several calls have been made but no response from them and see the call duration of 31 mins, 50 mins. They are only taking their customers for granted.
