  Dear @airtelindia, It’s unfortunate that consumers often have to turn to social media just to get issues resolved. Recently, my elderly parents accidentally clicked on not subscribed channels via remote while scrolling them, and the amount was deducted instantly without any OTP or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they refused to register a complaint and stated that a double-confirmation feature has only been introduced now, effectively dismissing past grievances. I stopped using Airtel in 2017 due to similar service issues, and it seems little has changed. With the Jio-Airtel duopoly, consumers increasingly feel cheated and overcharged. Will pay my bill except this unfair charges.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 15 days to disconnect after 3 valid requests (IDs 10981397913, 11034524189, 10989783895), each with an SMS promising 7 days. Router pickup (Req 11035104887) never happened. You owe . ~20 emails ignored. NCH docket 9772165. Acct 20010722545.

  So, 4 complains raised since July 12. All 4 marked resolved without any technician or customer care exec calling or solving. Saw the TRAI service level chart. Basically, Airtel is force closing tickets from their system to meet TRAI numbers. @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia The complaint for it but no solution. Even though I am paying for it but you didn't active the service on my phone yet . Airtel please look into this . This thing is very frustrating like aftrr paying high price i am not able to use the service

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Before any formal complaint was registered, I had already contacted Airtel customer care at least 3 times on different days. Each time I was told my issue had been noted or that a complaint had been registered. Later I discovered no proper complaint had actually been raised.

  @mehtabhuvnesh01 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Bro they deserve this and same happend to me. After several followups they weren't even taking it seriously. It's been months and still refunds are pending. It's the worst service in internet I faced. They think they are one above all.
