    @narendramodi sir, unemployment is not the problem of India, the problem is irresponsible employed ppl like in @airtelindia no one feels responsibility to be accountable for the work done. May be Airtel is not paying employees sufficient,so everyone is like passing time.

    @Airtel_Presence complaint ID 11032070306 raised yesterday 12 PM has not been resolved yet, Broadband down completely, 3 engineers have been changed but no one turned up to look at the problem. Can someone resolve it on priority? @airtelindia

    Customer service @airtelindia needs a big revamp. You guys will simply lose customers because your chat irates them more than waiting in que to speak to an officer.

    Paid for a new One Airtel connection on June 3rd, but zero progress since. Order ID: E5PVGJDYNA. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either get an agent assigned to complete this setup today, or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. This delay is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia it has been 3 days I lodged my request for shifting of broadband to another location within city. Daily on morning customer care is telling by evening it will be done and on evening they are saying on next day morning it will be done. Im frastatwd by service.
