    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia People got several strikes aslo have been stated that they'll not be able to use 5G unlimited, until the current pack ends. Also while launching 5G Unlimited @airtelindia have never mentioned the limits or restrictions would be there neither the T&C's were updated stating the same. No doubt taking pure advantage of the duopoly.

    Hey @airtelindia, my internet goes down almost every month, and this time it’s been down for weeks. Please stop directing me to the Airtel Thanks app, it hasn’t fixed anything. Assign an engineer immediately and resolve this issue.

    @Airtel_Presence “Record not found.” Not the engineer, not the complaint, apparently not even accountability. If the company hasn’t wound up, then someone owes me an answer. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia They dont have proper information. When i called them they said everything is fine and the give me complaint number. I waited for five days and my pack expired.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested a secondary IPTV connection via 121 on Sunday. team called stating only fresh connections are given. Shockingly, my service request vanished & a new one was raised yesterday. 24+ hrs later, no call, no STB installation. Pathetic!

    @airtelnews @airtelindia Fastlane is gimmick, they don't have basic 4G / LTE network even if there is not heavy construction / concrete / congestion.
