  I called @airtelindia on January 11th for discontinuation of my connection but still they billed my connection on 11th Feb. I called them again and asked them to discontinue my connection. All the details have been shared by me on X and yet they haven’t disconnected the service and again charged me this month. I won’t be paying unnecessary bills and will claim my security deposit as well. This is such a poor service by @Airtel_Presence. @jagograhakjago kindly take actions against them. This is such hooliganism by Airtel.

  @Airtel_Presence This is a serious escalation I am receiving multiple calls regarding the pickup of a WiFi router that I already returned 2 to 3 months ago Please instruct your team to stop chasing me If calls continue, I will file a harassment complaint against you.@airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very disappointed. I requested Safe Custody for Airtel WiFi on 15 Feb but due to an Airtel system glitch it wasn’t activated. I haven’t used WiFi since then, yet a full bill is generated. I’ll pay Safe Custody charges frm 15 feb onwards. Kindly help.
