  @BSNLCorporate so Bharat Sanchar Nigam Service limited is currently not available in Capital Delhi. So strange, how private telecom services are dominating the govt telecom service in Delhi capital where BSNL is supposed to be more effective :) @airtelindia @JioCare

  Dear Airtel, From 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, then 2:30 AM 2:30pm now again 8:30 PM only new promises, no solution. Customer support is unreachable and IVR keeps repeating the same message. Fix the issue immediately or I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Commission. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia i have paid 200 rs 4 days ago to confirm a new dth connection and I haven't been contacted by any technician. There is no way to raise a complaint in your 121 helpline nor any request update in airtel app. I booked through customer care help line.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Also please note that this wasn’t a 4 hour old issue but something o have been facing for long as well as raising it continuously, if u r confident then give me the confirmation & will observe the same. As still I’m facing the issue, it seems even after 4hrs it’s not been solved
