  @airtelindia Tried to connect with sales person but he is not picking the call and not responding to my messages. This is absolutely pathetic service. No one has clue about anything. Now I am asking for the refund but that is also not processing. This is nothing but a scam.

  Finally discontinued Worst Wifi service provider @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 7 days late and yet not shifted my previous wifi connection to new city and spot led to this discontinue decision. Airtel is worst,utterly slow in solving customer issue. Got new Wifi service provider.

  @airtelindia pathetic service by Sector 13 kharghar, Navi Mumbai. No worry for customers for extra / additional charges, which were not taken. SR is raised & was closed without giving any reason. 2nd visit - met the manager, no update for 22 days.

  The most pathetic and cheater company is @airtelindia... If I would get delayed by 1 day in paying the bill they will charge me 100 extra and here they are not able to resolve an issue from last 4 days

  Hey @airtelindia what is going on with your WiFi? There is a network outage for third successive day in our area. The issue started on Wednesday evening and we had connection briefly on Thursday and again went off since this morning.

  Using @airtelindia dth since long. But facing some terrible issues from the last 45 days. The signal is automatically coming and going frequently and some of the channels are not viewable. From yesterday nothing is displaying. Contacted customer care. Bt no one cares.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal My issue is still not resolved. After using 2 GB of data, the internet stops working even though I am on a 5G network. Jio provides unlimited 5G without any issue. Why is Airtel not providing unlimited 5G? Please resolve this as soon as possible.
