  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Requesting everyone not to opt for Airtel DTH specifically Xstream box, slow/hang application, wrong account info, always get reset, pathetic UX experience, hidden charges. You will get fooled if you raise any Complaint.

  @airtelindia a request 47742025 has been closed by you without providing resolution and stating the resolution provided. I got multiple calls. Nodal officer is stating I didn’t picked up any. Why are you fooling us?

  @airtelindia @VittalGopal Hi team I contacted 2 officer today for billing issue. They were unable to explain me the issue so I ask for a supervisor. The representative said that the supervisor is unavailable and when I updated I would wait transferred me to general queue.

How can you with all your impudence say that you have resolved the issue? Also why do you put the SR in resolved state everyday without asking me?
