  @airtelindia @TRAI the site doesn't mention the apellate authority for escalation for complaints for DTH connection. currently we can raise a complaint only if you are already a DTH activated and customer ID given but not for customers who have paid an advance for connection

  @airtelindia It's ok. Issue got fixed. But when a recharge failed due to issues from your end, and I am not able to connect with your human agent (for that I need to recharge again) , I will be in doubt whether the existing recharge will get processed or do I need to recharge again.

  @airtelindia I’ve recharged my number with the ₹449 plan, which includes Hotstar and Sony LIV subscriptions. However, I’m unable to claim/activate these benefits, and there is no option available in the Airtel Thanks app to claim them.Please check and help me activate them.
