  My caller ID is showing my father's name instead of my own first name and surname whenever I make a call. I've already contacted customer care Please look into this and correct the caller ID information as soon as possible. @Airtel_Presence @AirtelHelp @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel painful wifi service, i had to disconnect it. I cleared all dues, even paying for 7 extra days after the SR closure. Still you send me a bill of Rs 0.01. Can I pay through UPI pls?

  @airtelindia the internet is down in my area which is in Mumbai Suburb, Thane. There is now way to contact any customer care. All the numbers on internet are coming up as invalid and you can only chat with a Bot within Airtel application. This is unacceptable…

  @airtelindia Very poor service.I applied for an AirFiber connection 10 days ago and paid ₹1,500 in advance, but the connection is still not installed. There has been no proper follow-up, customer support is unresponsive, and I haven't received a refund either. #airtelscam
