Airtel has been looting customers on the pretext of providing broadband services. Reality is that they don't even have the necessary infrastructure set-up needed for the same.

Filled form online, got callback from the sales person immediately and within an hour I had paid the money for installation. But little did I know it's a scam company. Post payment is more than 5 days, still no connection.
