    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can please cancel my order id 21-42373971139 because you guys are most pathetic service provider, i was told i will get installation within 24 hrs but it is almost 48 hours but still there is no installation from your side.

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia customer care calls customers only twice, 1> when you send a porting request 2>when you put a disconnection request....rest of the time.....

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, very pathetic experience post migrating from Copper to Optical fibre for broadband. 1. Less than desired speed 2. Poor coverage with new router In addition to above literally no action or response from tech engineer from last 3 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This has become absolutely unacceptable. I recharged my broadband connection, lost internet within days, waited through repeated false assurances, and after temporary restoration the connection failed again within 2 days. For over 5 days I have faced recurring outages, ignored DMs, unanswered emails, missed promises from support teams, and no real accountability. What is more frustrating is that neighbors using Airtel in the same area have working internet while I continue receiving the same “area outage/upgradation” explanation repeatedly. Customer care contact options are nearly impossible to access and even escalation channels are not responding properly. At this point this is no longer a temporary technical issue but repeated service failure and poor customer support experience. I no longer want troubleshooting. I want immediate permanent disconnection of my broadband connection along with closure request confirmation and refund/adjustment for the unusable service period. Please stop automated replies and provide actual resolution.

    .@airtelindia It’s been 2 days and the WiFi is still down. Either fix it or take your router back. Pathetic service and zero customer support. My ARPU is probably higher than many metro users, yet this is the level of service. @TRAI you’ve killed competition completely

    Wanted confirmation of my IR pack activated as i received no email. As per support only way to get a 'proof ' is to check invoice that will be generated next month! So a customer can't get a simple summary of services activated till they get a bill? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Upgraded to Postpaid for Priority connection since Saturday the 23rd. Got a new physical SIM too. Still no Priority network. Also 5G SA option is now disabled on phone. Seems like a mistake upgrading to postpaid with this sub par service.

    I don’t know why @airtelindia is not getting the hate it actually deserves. It’s 5G never works and I am totally depended on office and local wifi provider at home. The moment I use airtel it’s ****** up and never works. It’s rates are skyrocketing but servic is worst then bsnl

    What a horrible service- adding to the family plan one click on Airtel thanks,but for removing 22 mins call to customer care,100 of verification and conclusion is pay for bill which is not generated, how do customers know outstanding-visit airtel store @airtelindia @JM_Scindia

    2–3 signal bars, but internet almost unusable all day. @airtelindia 3 months of complaints, still no fix. Data wasted daily, calls not working, zero accountability. Stop closing complaints without resolution. 48 hours or escalating to TRAI + consumer court.
