Yesterday evening around 7:35 PM I visited to Airtel store Baner for the issue of my Airtel sim card but customer representative told me to come next day because system is closed and they can't take new sim activation request. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @baner

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet broadband service is down since 10am today in Pune,Hadapsar, and the ETR given on IVR was 13.58, and now it says that new ETR is 16.58. Why it is taking long time ro get resolved? Even your IVR is not giving option to connect agent.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is the problem with you guys? The pathetic network provider ever seen. Sharing screenshot, just check SIM1 NETWORK. Your non of contact centers are reachable to lodge complaint of existing issues and on the App, complaint it doesn't get Sol.

Then I visited to Airtel store Balewadi Pune and Got it done smoothly and with no hassles. New SIM was activated in 2 hours max. Airtel please work on your customer service. @airtelindia Thanks to the Airtel Balewadi Pune store.

I have booked a @airtelindia broadband service at my flat in Palladio, Wakad(Pune) but still after 2 days and full payment done nothing is being done and Only false promises are being made. #notsofast @airtelindia @airtelnews

Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.

@airtelindia something is really worng with your team. It's been a month now. Not even a single contact made from your team. Only god knows how the tickets are closed even before contacting the customer. Only option left is to change the broadband service provider!!

@airtelindia why have your made your cusotmer service so customer agnostic??? I want to talk to a customer service executive. I'm calling 121 and I get taken for a ride through all the options to press on. But there isn't one single mention of contacting a human executive!!

@airtelindia I tried to recharge my number on Airtel thanks app through UPI. Money was deducted but recharged failed. This happened twice. I contacted Airtel customer support with details thrice, every time, they ask me to wait for 7 days. Is this the way to deal with customers?
