    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelpune This is exactly the problem, I have given the ref number on my tweet, but you can't pick up rest of info from your system. Thats the reason you are not able to serve properly. First you need to develop intend to serve.

    @airtelindia For past 5 hours Airtel team is struggling to install wifi connection in Kalyani Nagar Pune. Pl rush tech support. Hv escalated but no luck. Understand backend team has taken a tea break. Only shows lack of commitment.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can please cancel my order id 21-42373971139 because you guys are most pathetic service provider, i was told i will get installation within 24 hrs but it is almost 60 hours but still there is no installation from your side.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.
