Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can you please elaborate why we supposed to recharge the internet when we are not able to use it and there is no customer interaction with you guys and when we file the complaint it says wait for 8 working days i think this is the time to switch

@airtelindia Im a Airtel customer since 12 years but recently the signal wuality is going down .....frequent call drops...sometimes the the number we are calling won't connect.....i praise airtel since a long time but now i think airtel is giving us a very bad user experience....

Pathetic service from @airtelindia , every week there is unplanned outage. And the biggest joke is they don’t accept complaint or request during that period, as if it’s my fault that I subscribed for airtel

Airtel customer care is nearly 1 hour late to give responce..ive been an airtel customer since 12 yrs...dont bother calling then port ur sim to another network...im fed up @airtelindia
