    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I raised a request of shifting my broadband connection on October 16. Customer executives have been making false commitments since then. I still find my connection uninstalled. Please look into the matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have an airtel Xstream box which is having issue raised a complaint, got a call back and the agent suggested to disconnect the service if I am not happy, Time to cancel my airtel SRH service when you can’t provide proper service

    @Airtel_Presence being a long time customer and well wisher want to bring to your knowledge that due to the poor network speed and frequent disconnects many homes in my society planning to ditch @airtelindia broadband . I am too planning to drop if things can’t be fixed
