    @airtelindia Complaint: 10936641218. The deadline (12-05-2026) has passed. Now getting automated emails saying my ID isn't registered, despite weeks of emails on the same ID! Total lack of accountability. Fix this!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel Support, I requested full disconnection of my Airtel Black services (DTH + Broadband) on 29th March for no. IN DM. DTH was stopped, but broadband billing is still being generated despite no usage after the disconnection request.

    “Hi @airtelindia, I am facing continuous WiFi/Fiber connectivity issues for the last 1 week. Internet disconnects repeatedly and service quality is extremely poor. I have already raised complaint request ID: 11029558138 but still no proper resolution has been provided.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet has not been working for the past 3 days. When I call customer care, I receive a message saying that a technical issue has been identified in my area. However, the issue has still not been resolved, and the internet not restored.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia U guys are real scoundrels who just reminds us to recharge and pay you for your disgusting services. One thing is for sure that I will switch to @JioCare in June once my recharge ends. Be happy to lose a customer.

    More than 1 month since I raised an Airtel broadband relocation request. Still unresolved. Unable to close the connection, no service, but daily billing continues. Spending 1 hour daily with customer care, still no technician visit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel
