    @BDUTT @airtelindia Read thru few msgs blasting Airtel… I am an Airtel user too.. and find it’s presence and service better than others… have no complaints since switching from Voda to Airtel 6+ years now… @BDUTT you may pls get the device checked too..

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why does email id update take you 5 days? What is this long process for just converting to eSIM? Calling at 121 is also such a pain. Really bad experience
