When the world is talking about Mars Mission, and here @airtelindia cannot provide a simple internet throughout. Despite of continuous effort they failed to give a good service. How sad !

Hello @airtelindia your thanks app chat & resolve service is completely waste of time. @Airtel_Presence service completely disrupted in this area neither broadband nor phone services are working in my area. Somehow your phone services are restored so i am able to use internet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every month you charges 100 rupees late fees. Even though i reminded customer care saying i am paying late because of these reasons so next month don’t charge and this happens every month. Thinking porting number or discontinuing!!
