    @heymriganka @airtelindia Even I have the same issue. Airtel activated Hotstar VIP for my Airtel number yesterday without my consent. When I tried to complaint the agent told to me that I have only claimed it from my end. She even disconnected the call rudely without any proper resolution.

    @DoT_India can you please help here as @Airtel_Presence have frauded us for DTH service and particularly billing area. I have raised my original complaint to @airtelindia on 29th dec & I have not been given satisfactory response now I'm standing on my bill period, unbelieveable.
