@airtelindia Hi, we had a corporate account of 15 nos , and we had paid the last month bill by cheque at Airtel store, the cheque was cleared in our account on 13 Jun. But now the outgoing and Internet was cut, we unable to call customer care also.

Poor customer service a new synonym for @airtelindia ,extremely bad experience after being a loyal customer for 10years, this is what we got. Being promised no charges on international roaming services and in the end snapped with a huge amount of bill. @Airtel_Presence
