    @airtelindia hopeless airtelblack service.I made an advance payment under black which got fully applied to mobile and not split b/w broadband and mob. Now I am being asked to pay more and that you will adjust it next month! ticket id4532165750. airtelblacksucks!!

    I unable to use VoLTE services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please activate as soon as possible. 4G, VoLTE everything is enabled by setting. But VoLTE Network has been gone. So please activate it. I will be thankful to you.

    @airtelindia has increased its tarif plans cost but decreased its service quality drastically. At least this is what I'm experiencing in my area. "E" is the speed I'm getting where as the tower distance is 500 meters from my place. Disgusting! complaint several time, no response

    @airtelindia -Just one month back i have upgraded dth from normal box to X treme box. From the day 2 onwards box started hanging and i have called many times to customer care they said they can send Engineer and we have to Pay Rs 150 visiting charges..Do you think is this right?
