@airtelindia Regret to say that now the services are not upto mark even for old customers though being in Gold. On my complaint your person Mr. Shivaji came for 2 minutes today. Did not told anything and shifted my complaint for tomm to other person. Really amazing. Just shirking

Thanks to @airtelindia AirtelDTH Jammu. We have almost stopped watching TV as there are innumerable breakdowns. Complaints even to senior levels go unaddressed. Serious time for good capacity building of staff. Poor show !!

@airtelindia It's ridiculous, my broadband connection hasn't resumed since y'day nor I got information about this delay. For providing services there r thousands of challenges but if the customer fails to pay his due even by 1 day, u will charge late fee, why the subscriber is not penalizing.
