@TRAI @airtelindia not allowing its users of base plan to send sms even though there is balance amount. Sending sms through a network irrespective of plan is basic right of customers. @airtelindia should be stopped from this kind of unfair practices.

@airtelindia I requested new fibernet con on nov 29th, they came and setup the wire but said there is some technical issue and went. Now dec 3rd, still nothing. I'm a regular ACT user, they provide on the same day of request. I thought Airtel would be better. I guess I'm wrong.

@airtelbank I visited to many times to Airtel office for becoming a airtel payment bank retailer but the distributor said that they dont know the process and dont onboarding me. Fully disappointed from your service I think you don't like to spread your bank service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel team my internet is not working for last one day and I called to customer care but they are not able to fix. Than I talked with senior supervisor of customer care ms. Rekha Kumari for the same but her behaviour was very rude.
