    I have called the @airtelindia service person who had installed at my home and he connected me to the head office. We stayed on the con-call and the guy came up with an excuse saying he’s new to the office and that he has to talk with the manager.

    Why would I even pay for a service that I am not using? Or is this how @airtelindia issues bills to every other customer? I really need the issue resolved now. I need a clear cut explanation for the bills issued and I want the cancel the connection at home.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for Upgradation from Copper wire to Fiber connection in airtel app and raised a complaint in customer care (198) for more than 5 times and yet there is no response from airtel.

    Hey @airtelindia please do call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.
