Having the worst experience with @airtelindia. Using there fixed line service and unfortunately I am using #Airtel as my mobile network too. Neither my phon nor my broadband is helping me to acces internet.I hv data & free call pack still I am being charged for the calls I make.

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, It has been close to 1 month in Sector 12A Panchkula where your broadband wire laying work has been completed. However, till now your service has not been started and nothing is visible on ground. Please look into this matter.
