    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t understand if your customer care executives are sleepy or drunk. It’s pathetic the way they reply on call. I just had to face a very lethargic executive. I have 2 broadband connections and 1 DTH connections but I guess it doesn’t matter.

    @airtelindia Airtel fiber came to my house last year in 2021, of course, airtel fiber has given good speed but there is a need to do more work in the network. 10, 12 times since installed, no network comes to solve the issue for two to three days, just solve the complaint,it my request

    @airtelindia Airtel fibernet so irresponsible. No customer care number. No way to lodge your complaint. Pathetic service. Had to take a PL because of no internet. Disgusting.
