    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your internet speed in Aliganj (207247) district etah in uttar pradesh is so poor that I can't explain. It's 2G like speed. Please fix it as soon as possible otherwise people are porting their number in Voda or in Jio. Thank you

    @airtelindia internet not working since 17july 2022. Multiple times request got closed stating the connection is restored, but in actual local outage was restored but not the other issue that i was specifically facing. Reopened ticket yesterday and technician was suppose to visit

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia One of the worst customer service i have observed in my life. not getting proper resolution at Service centre Mumbai. Staff - Durgesh who is not giving proper answers and not ready to take responsibility to process request. Rude behaviour !!!

    @airtelindia Most fraud service. Once your money went that's its. It won't be returned even if after cutting the connection. They are charging the money, months after the broadband stop working. Worst experience. No reply even after the 100 email and phonecalls
