@airtelindia I have been using Airtel broadband for the last 4+ years and without a request they have disconnected. Now for restoration they are asking 48 hours. What is the worst service. Anyhow people are using Airtel when they don't have any other options.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, in Mumbai, many of my friends using Airtel SIM card with 5G supported phones have noticed damaged SIM card. Customer care charges rupees 50 to 150 to fix it. If Airtel cannot afford it, they shouldn't offer 5G at the cost of their customers paying.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please tell me how to disconnect your airtel fiber xstream services. I don't even want to talk or argue about your services. Solving the issue is a 2nd thought your employees didn't even visit the faulty site. Just dm me the disconnection link.

@airtelindia : I have raised a complaint on Feb 15 and it is still being processed. When I call your customer care they mentioned that I have not supplied enough information. Don't you have sense to follow up complaint and understand the issue? Hell with your customer service.
