    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ticket reference no. 656542073 for Airtel Digital TV 3014064788 is resolved without replacing the device. Engineer did not attend the issue since Friday and only stating he is on the way or raining in the area. Pls can you get this resolved asap??

    With no wifi service since the 19th May 2026. Multiple connects with the customer service team. engineer scheduled 2-3 times. None turned up ever. Fed up, placed disconnection request. "Backend" cancelled without consulting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Consumercourt #airtel

    @airtelindia recharged with unlimited 5g access, Though I am having the 5G network, the data is limited to till 2GB. How is it possible??? Are you cheating customers????

    @Airtel_Presence 6d after making them know my proble even they have my mobile number in DM as asked by them still no resolution and they haven't pick the closed connection fibre/modem this is worse in this scenario @airtelindia going down for reason

    @Airtel_Presence There is no resolution to the problem in the DM nor do you have any SR Number generated. Your app help option keeps repeating 4 hours for the past 48+ hours. You have no timeline for the solution What unprofessional service is this ? @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you owe me ₹4500 which I lost from my salary because your services were down. You take us customers for a merry go round when it comes to customer service. But you are very prompt to collect money. Its like extortion.

    @airtelindia I am trying to raise a request to shift my wifi connection but the system is now allowing me, stating that there is an open order. I am unable to cancel the open order and I am following up with the customer service for more than 4 days on this. I am without an (1/2)

    @airtelindia My broadband in Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur has been down for 2 days. Complaint #10958700266 is still unresolved with no ETA. Requesting urgent escalation and a clear timeline for restoration.
