@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia let me know whether it is in your capacity to resolve the broadband and phone line, issue. If not in next 3 hours I'm taking Jio, on their 1 month free offer. Also am porting my 20yr postpaid number out of Airtel as well finally. Enough is enough.Totally frustrated

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shifted to postpaid in December. Facing issues slow internet, network problem. All the executives giving fake promises. No problem solving. Saying it will take 90 days to solve from December month itself. No promise in writing..

I was trying to call 400 with an issue with @airtelbank after waiting for 21 min in line they told me customer service is busy. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the worst service. Very disappointed.
