Hi @airtelindia I have taken your Airtel Xstream connection. I upgraded it last month and the speed has gone down drastically. I’ve registered complaint twice and after 3 scheduled visits, nobody has come. Your customer care says 200 mbps ka matlab upto 200 hota hai madam😤

2014. disconnected Airtel fibre & resolved to never patronise it due to its exploitative practices. 2022. Jio hasn’t @reliancejio @JioCare bothered to resolve my issues. Local service guy is pathetic. Need to go back to @airtelindia .. feeling caged by two monsters.
