Absolutely poor service from @airtelindia. Fixed Fibernet yesterday and its not working today. Raised complaint, apparently we are top priority, just can’t be done today. oh also, phone network of @Airtel_Presence is also poor to make phone net non usable

I was really looking forward to using Airtel XStream broadband but honestly it has been a complete let down in the past few weeks. Not sure why but even after multiple tickets, the issue of net being dropped constantly has affected my work. Not cool. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

am I the only one facing issues with @airtelindia fiber or it's just the worst service I could have subscribed in Bangalore? @airtelindia what kind of f fiber service you're giving cause you can't even play a single yt video without buffering for 20 seconds.
