Amazing services by @airtelindia on the fibre, at first no person on the team will heed to your issue, then they’ll suggest you to go to the horrible app. And when you do the app will say we are facing technical issues. Way to go. BSNL services are far better than Airtel’s.

@airtelindia why I am not able to send sms in pack of 79. It's mentioned that ₹ will be deducted from balance then also the sms is not sending. No one is answering on customer care. I thought u will have better customer care then jio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm told by people in my locality - Munnekolala, Marathahalli, Bangalore 560037 that the Airtel tower does not have power back up. Hence, the mobile network goes down whenever there is a power cut. Really? I'm facing network issues during power cuts.

@airtelindia Dear Team, I had applied for an airtel broadband connection around 1.5 months ago and still there is no progress on this. As this was first connection in my society, I was informed it will take upto 2 weeks to get all necessary approval for setup. Please help.
