    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your Airtel black facility is a gateway to cheat innocent customers who promptly pay reflecting balance. Third party account is added without the concent and payments made to self account is diverted. Mail sent on the issue is not addressed.

    Airtel Xtreme is providing worst network connection and will get connection only for 15 day's in a month and rest u have follow with the customer support team and that too with no results at chennai @airtelindia @AirtelXtream

    @airtelindia such a disgusting network, most of the times, whenever i tried to call from last 3 months, first time it say switch off, then not reachable then third time it will ring… Not facing same issue while calling from another number. Finally porting to Jio. Good bye Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care service is pathetic. Since 4days my Airtel fiber isn't working and despite of repetative complaints and calls in customer care no action has been taken. This issue is being faced by many in our locality.

    And finally when the complaint is registered, the assigned engineer (Balaji) keeps his phone switched off and never responds to calls!!! 😡 Fix this @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working since 8 days. No one interested to work on complaint. Fed up with daily customer care call and false promise by so many supervisors. Worst service by Airtel broadband.
