    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, I have recharged 251 for data packs from phonepy, it was written like no validity but aftr 3days as my base plan expired 251 plan stopped working. I tried calling Airtel customer care but they disconnect my call by saying low balnce. Plz help.

    @airtelindia self proclaimed India's fastest network who shows up with new problems every month. A week before the package is over an outburst of warning are sent for recharge but when recharge is done, there is nothing that is done with network issues.

    @airtelindia horrible customer service at your end. My sim randomly started showing “no service” yesterday and the customer care is not providing sim delivery in gurgaon. Also, lockdown is imposed so no stores are open now. This is very urgent and I need the number active asap
