    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence speaking of a mobile prepaid connection. Why does the network completely vanishes if there is a power cut? Other networks such as Vi, Jio work just fine at the same time! Have you not provided contingency power backup such as generator?

    U are only interested in making revenue by scaring consumers. U do nt improve customer experience as you are a Brand. Hence nt worried abt network coverage. Then why de hurry in sending reminders 2 recharge @airtelindia @JioCare . Why dont u provide boosters @ nocoverage areas

    @airtelindia, on your app, there is no way to check the data usage for your wifi. On the app, it literally says unlimited, but in reality there is a 1000GB cap for AirFiber. And they will cap your speed at 2 Mbps when you cross this data usage. Apparently you can call the customer care and add a data top up which is 500GB for INR 300. I did that. But after using it for ~10/12 hours, my speed is again below ~2 Mbps. And I'm pretty sure that I have not even consumed 50GB. Airtel, why can't you be more transparent about this: 1. Just say that the cap is 1000GB; why say "unlimited" when it's not 2. Just show the consumption and the current data usage on the app 3. Give an option to transfer data from postpaid to broadband. I litterally have hundred of GBs rolling over in postpaid, but I still have to pay for wifi data. I'm sure these are not major asks. Be a better customer centric company.

    @airtelindia Technician Rakesh (08047615594) visited for my Wi-Fi wire shifting but refused to do the work and is pressuring me to close the complaint. Please resolve it urgently. If wire shifting isn’t possible, disconnect my connection and refund my remaining bal. 9467770477

    Over 6 days of dead broadband and zero accountability from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If an on-ground technician is not assigned with a fixed resolution slot today, close my account permanently and process a refund for unrendered services.

    @airtelindia Fraudely gave me airtel connection i asked for 400mbps but gave 100 mbps also installation not done, pls cancel my request and refund my money else i am gonna port to jio remove my airtel postpaid along with all my family linked
