@HathwayBrdband Again the same issue. Your app doesn't work, your customer care number is of no use. No internet since morning. Can you resolve this and provide a permanent solution? Or shall all of us (45+ users) in one Block move to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet ?

@airtelindia Connection in south Delhi A1 block Safdarjung Enclave area is so bad that we can neither use data nor receive calls properly. Repeated complaints have 1 answer- we are looking into it. Now we have to stop looking @Airtel_Presence I guess and think of @reliancejio

It seems @airtelindia doesn't care about their customer and don't won't to retain them. Even after unsubscription and confirmation from customer care about deactivation of service. They are charging for that service as renewal charge. 1 of 2

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim was automatically lost it connection and when I reached to nearby store they said their will be a charge of rs 150/-, weather these charges are correct , and there must be a free service of change of sim to their customers atleast.
