    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    Requested eSIM for my prepaid Airtel number on April 25. My physical SIM was deactivated the same day, but the eSIM was never activated. Result: NO NETWORK for 3 days on a number linked to my banks, shipments, govt docs, and essential services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have some issues with your prepaid connection.. whenever I am trying to contact customer care, only recorded hindi voice is there. Why regional language or atleast English not available? Is there any way to choose language.. completely frustrated

    @Airtel_Presence "ID 31-1000013314626 is showing a resolution date of 10th May. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a 5G+ Premium service. Also, my fresh complaint from 27th April is missing from the portal. Are you merging tickets to hide your failure? 12 days to fix a speed issue is a joke. @airtelindia

    I request one and all to discontinue using @airtelindia Even a dedicated service executive doesn't have any answers, he understands concern but not able to help @airtelindia - more breakdowns than uptime in broadband. 99% mobile is out of network in Ahmedabad. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia Internet down since Saturday in Pune. LOS red light blinking. Complaints getting closed without resolution. No technician visit yet. Need urgent fix. Extremely poor service.
