    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the guy who came for relocation asked for 580 ₹ for relocation, when we said we were told that it is free to One Airtel customer as mentioned by customer care, he insisted that we have to pay it and finally asked for 220 rs,no receipt was given.

    @airtelindia Day 17 in a prime location of MUMBAI broadband issue is not resolved all I get is scripted email And on top of it you have charged me in full for a service you cant provide.I have been asking for a request number since 17 days which you fail to provide. Shameful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence did the installation guy reported to you that he used some available dish ? When i called airtel customer care a person named “YASH” claiming he is relationship manager says airtel doesn’t provide dish but only services!! Who provides the dish then ?
