    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We have a Airtel SIM Prepaid 96******20. On 13 Dec around 11.30, the Airtel Network suddenly went away. Tried rebooting the mobile + re-inserting the SIM but still no network is coming.

    @airtelindia absolutely Horrendous service is being provided by you guys at a premium price point , I mean I have 12 gb of net pack + 3 gb per day and still can't use your network for Jack **** !
