@airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia every few months I have to struggle with your low quality broadband service, and the useless service people that you have deployed on ground add to the misery. They age sucking your money and our energy. Struggling with unstable internet connection for last 3 days.

@airtelindia : Why does it take more than 24 hours to reflect a paid bill amount when you say it will reflect in 4 hours. I had to raise to multiple SR just to get this all done but still there is no resolution. Here are my two SR for same issue: #4533071928 #4532071857
