@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

Chasing @airtelindia representative to get a new broadband connection for 3 days now and he is not even picking up the call after saying that a technician will visit. No response of mail. No one called even after the assurance from customer care. Not sure of their after sales. 😒
