  @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

  @airtelindia I have been recharging my phone every 30days, even I did on 7th March but from 9th March onwards the service got stopped all of sudden...since I am not in India I am unable to call customer service also....this is not fair even after recharge service had stopped!!!!

  I recharged my Airtel number with 179 rupees plan in which I was supposed to be getting Amazon prime mobile edition for 30 days but I didn't get one and I did try to reach out customer service and also emailed the same but no response @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
