@airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia traveling abroad and having sim/network issues. Can't believe your customer support makes it impossible to reach a person on a toll free number. All it does is route it through an automated chatbot on the app

@reliancejio my jio fibre is not working from last 3 days i tried reaching out on chat and the tollfree no. but just computer speaks and it gets disconnected. Whom should I connect with this is the worst after service may be I shouldn't have switched from @airtelindia.

@Airtel_Presence My broadband is not working since +40 hrs and i have raised a ticket (10070262785) more than 24 hrs back. No action taken yet, being an Airtel Black member has no benefit at all, i am seriously thinking to switch my internet service provider. @airtelindia
