It's very bad experience with airtel xstream fiber. From past 2 days you people are just saying there is outage(Jamshedpur) but no sign of fixing the issue. Frustrated with your service. Simply wasting my money of two days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelFraud

Hi have complained to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about my sim issue and they asked me to DM them. I did and they asked about my issue and I explained it to them. After that they stopped communicating. Such an unprofessional costumer service from Airtel. I will be porting soon.
