  @airtelindia @airtelnews I think its the time to change considering your services are becoming very very poor despite we pay high terrific. Can some confirm, we know it will be fake promise by when wifi services will be up in the area? Also we need a compensation.

  Very disappointed with @airtelindia. I bought four Airtel Xsafe Active Defense Pro cameras in 2023, and from installation until today, I’ve faced continuous service and support issues. The after-sales service is extremely poor—honestly, not even worth one star.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews However, when I checked my postpaid bill, I found that I had been charged for the entire 10-day roaming pack, even though the service worked for only the first 3 days. The remaining days were unusable due to a technical issue on Airtel's side.

  @TRAI I Am Fed Up With @airtelindia . As they have blanked out my number from 3 days after migrating frol prepaid to postpaid I have escalated complaints through mails,calls and airtel stores but they are not able to rectify it They are just giving me false assurances Kindly help

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now able to view DD Tamil chnl, chnl #820. Seems you would work only when complaint raised on public forum. Your automated customer service number is just waste of time. Chatbot does not have appropriate options. Worthless & stupid.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Why to make customer fool when Airtel don't have efficient Worker handle the issue. Will ypu adjust one day amout as WiFi services are still down. The entire society is facing problem.

  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My WiFi isn't working since yesterday afternoon. I received the message it will be up by night time but it's still not working. It's been 12+ hours and wifi is still not working. What kind of service is this?
