@airtelindia My xtremefibre DSL id is 064146862984. My internet is not working since 4th January'22 12noon. Till now my issue has not been resolved. my business runs on the internet connectivity. i am realizing that i made mistake by relying completely on Airtel. Look into it.

@SharadBishnoi05 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They outsource the complaints management to local agencies who want to give the best resolution TAT to get more business from the company. It’s a sad business model. While Airtel has service issues, Vodafone also has poor connectivity in many parts.

its been 2weeks more I'm having issue with mobile internate, counting from the day i mailed the customer care; whenever i again mail they simply reply with taking more time to resolve the issue; call myself gold member on recharge plan...ha ha @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
