@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My landline no. is 01244303502 with fiber broadband having plan of 100 mbps but it is providing me maximum 50- 60 mbps and there is lot of single issue. I tried to lodge a complaint via app but it is also showing error even unable to find c/care no.

@airtelindia why on earth at this advanced age your process is so slow. Deactivated number is still reflecting in the plan. Call me to get this resolved. Your customer care nor you store agents are able to resolve this.Not happy with the service.

Please do not buy airtel black.AirteI sells airtel black by offering 1 month free service & dedicated team for your complaints however it is scam. They charged from day1 & didn't solve my issue(pending for 2 weeks now). Shame Airtel @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ₹49 recharge used to help me keep my SIM in Active status and also send/receive SMSs. When the plan rate hiked to ₹99,I still had same benefits until a month ago. Now,when I recharge with same ₹99, there's no SMS benefit. This is ridiculous (1/2)

Pl help me speak to my mother!!! @airtelindia From last 15 days I'm unable to make calls to BSNL landline number at Indore from my mobile at Mumbai. Indore no. is of my mother and I may have to switch operator if not resolved. Chat box does not pick my issue.

@airtelindia I wasn't aware due to this telcom monopoly you guys are now working greatly toward harrassing customer by not processing their request in the name of some weird rules. I just simply want my address to change for my number and you guys are showing some weird rules.
