    @airtelindia your service is soooo pathetic I so regret buying your sim and getting a wifi connection, every few days the wifi starts blinking the redline whenever their is some important interview or test of mine your wifi stops working even the phone network is pathetic.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service by self proclaimed best telecom Company. Had much better experience with Vodafone. And plus they are charging heavens for such a **** service. No network in one of the premium space in BLR.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my wifi is down for last two days. I have used your useless chatbox and tried customer care multiple times to lodge a complaint but i am not able to. Please lodge my complaint, if my issue is not resolved today i will think changing the service.

    Hey @airtelindia I booked a wifi connection I paid for the connection but when you man came to my place he said that area is not servicable not possible to setup a wifi here Now how can I claim my refund please help

    @Airtel_Presence Its more than 28 hour completed still wifi is down not working is this airtel worst service. If you don’t work on so disconnect connection from my home i go for jio fiber. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia internet is from afternoon. And couldn't connect to customer care as well. No information regarding the down time or when it will up.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged 2GB/day plan, but I am not getting unlimited 5G. I did called customer care multiple times, but no luck. 5G signal in my area is good. Fix this issue immediately.
