    @airtelindia .. horrible customer service experience..I am a black customer..associated with you from 2004.I pay 3k + per month..but believe me your service standards have been falling every year. 11034245506 request number not resolved since Saturday.. every day false promises

    @airtelindia Worst services. Raised shifting request on 27/6/26 and same has not yet been resolved. Have made multiple calls, talked to many cC executives and all are of no use. Such an useless service provider.Either resolve it or close the connection. Fed up of fake assurance

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your apathetic attitude is not good. It has been 5 days but still no response and resolution from your side. I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. I expect a prompt resolution

    @airtelindia The internet is not working since 2 days. The customer care pushes the timeline and no clear customer support available. Dsl number : 02228905430_wifi @airtelindia look into this otherwise i will move to court for fraud and not providing the services promised.

    @JioCare I had the low network coverage issue for my Jio SIM as well. I had to move to @airtelindia. @airtelindia Do you provide your wifi service in Perungudi, Chennai ? I have my friends here. I will come with 5 customers in my area to your network.

    @airtelindia what a disgusting situation am in at every point of location....it took me at least at an hour to get the internet and post this issue.....laughable situation....I don't know even that I would be able to post this....

    @airtelindia Dues bcos apparently you guys have put my wifi on safe option. I will not pay because you are doing it against my will and this is harrasment of a customer for 3 months now. I have requested you time and again to switch off my connection & your refusal to do it is just harrasment

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked IPTV on 11 June by paying ₹500 via customer care, but they wrongly booked SD DTH. Cancelled it later, but even after 24 days & 50+ calls to the dedicated team, NO REFUND received, NO IPTV installed. Pure harassment! Resolve immediately.

    What a disappointed. I have raised wifi issue on 4th July till now no action have been taken. New installation Airtel promise with 4 hours but after that no one takes responsibility @airtelindia #shashwatsharma
