    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your response is not chnaged.. you are fooling customers saying prepaid plans as postpaid plans.. if I have faced issue in current cycle then I should get waiver in same. Looks like airtel is not going to to that .so going for tata sky broadband. @tatasky

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to make changes to my plan with the app. It doesn't let me, customer care IVR does not let me speak to a customer care executive and all search results lead to the app. Why do you make it so difficult to reach customer care?!
