If you recharged your @airtelindia number for months in advance... Your problems and issues doesn't matter in eyes of Airtel... They even don't recognize you and your problems.. Sent network problem yesterday morning.. They didn't even looked into to.. And didn't care to reply.

Thanks for providing a very PATHETIC service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Phone recharged on 1st Feb 2022 for 50 GB data. While driving down the highway, the internet stopped. Stuck now. On enquiring further I get to hear that info regarding remaining data cannot be fetched.
