  Pure scam by @airtelindia AirFiber. First no connectivity, then all complaint requests got auto-closed, now the AirFiber account itself disappeared from Airtel Thanks app. Customer care says “no information available.” Paid ₹1500 on 15 March and now nobody takes responsibility.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for stopping the Wi Fi connections 011100412704_dsl and 011100416062_dsl as the premises they are installed on is closing down. I am repeatedly getting Airtel Calls asking about the reason for closure or possibility to shift. I don't want any shift, nor is there any grievance. That location is shutting shop. Simple. Please help in disconnection and the service technician can take back the modem.

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you can't give a good customer service pls don't raise the tickets in first case! I've been doing **** since 48 hrs without internet, raised tickets and it got solved without any interference!! how come it's solved? I'm still.gettimg LOS!

  @Airtel_Presence What happened @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you just sent a message and thereafter nothing is working out. No one from customer care picks the call. No one bothers to reach out ans ita been 4 hours since I am facing the same issue. How disgusting

  Hey @airtelindia, Do you even have a Customer Care support or you just exist to sell your connections and disappear..? Trying to reach out since yesterday. wifi isn't working and all your app says is "Do you want a new connection". Will you please fix my existing one first..?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 200 Mbps Airtel Xstream Fiber plan hai but internet 7 din se down hai. Customer care aur chat support bhi response nahi kar raha. Need urgent resolution.

  What a pathetic service. Bcoz of this, I'm unable to finish my imp work. I'd rather get a local connection. Airtel only asks for numbers in DMs but never actually responds. This is why you're losing trust .My network has been gone since yesterday @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What a fraud you are? Wifi disconnects multiple times a day and facing this issue last 15 days. Raised multiple requests and no one cares to visit after all. Only thing U know is sorry for any inconvenience but you really not sorry. Pathetic service
