@Airtel_Presence Complaint number 137381716 dt 20th September the complaint was closed without rectifying the disturbance issue in the landline, still can’t speak due to disturbance in the phone, horrible service by @airtelindia.

I have raise a request regarding reissue of a cheque on email also but there is no response till yet after that today I have called customer service but they are talking very rudely and saying "it is your fault" So is this kind of service you provide @airtelindia @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews No further assistance needed; wasted my half day, went to Airtel office to resolve the issue after a month. I MUST say the CS is third class and pathetic; if an Airtel Black customer has this experience, think about normal pre-postpaid customers.
