  @airtelindia I have been repeatedly complaining about my Wi-Fi issues for the past week. Despite receiving multiple messages from Airtel stating that an engineer has been assigned, no engineer has visited or contacted me so far. Extremely frustrating experience.

  @airtelindia Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number. Extremely disappointing. #Airtel #AirtelXstream

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress It is nearly impossible to cancel prepaid WiFi account!! After hours of calling and waiting was able to talk to one rep. He said plan is canceled and we got message saying so, but still got charged next day. So do we have to keep paying lifelong? This is extortion!! Help!!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request No.- 10962393228 to shift Wi-Fi is pending for more than a week. Have called customer care thousand times no help. Technician is not showing up. Cancel my connection or send someone to setup.

  @airtelindia worst network ever. Internet is slow, channel can't be viewed. I can't view a singl vedio on Facebook or elsewhere. Even airtel app is not responding. Ridiculous.. Fake claims of network boosting.

  @airtelindia my wifi is out of service frm last 3 days and there is no update. Is somebody looking at it. Complaints and tickets raised already.
