@airtelindia My 72 year old aunt is Airtel customer since past 15 years and is still using a 3G sim in her 4G enabled phone. Unfortunately she can’t visit Airtel office due health issues . Is there any way you can replace and deliver 4G SIM at her home (at pin code 456001)?

Dear @airtelindia We have been using 4 SIMs for years in family. Recently shifted to new home at Pin Code 400701. On 18th floor,there is zero signal. Old age parents at home can't use even with new Nokia handsets. If you can address good, else we will port out. 🙏

@airtelindia Airtel tore executive charge me 100 for duplicate sim, but i got message for pay on 25. And I tried to complaint against that guy, but there is no option on website and airtel thanks app. its really a big harassment. the guy charged me 3 time more.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence What a poor service from Airtel...Around a week is about to over, still complaint is not resolved. Ref. to my Airtel no. 9997997097 amount of Rs.209/- was debited from my main balance but recharge not done.
