@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge today from My Airtel app of 48/- and the payment got deducted from my bank but I received a message that due to some issue the recharge failed and in same message it was written that you will process the refund within 2hrs.

My brother couldn't connect to his zoom classes or had patchy network again so he couldn't take notes which meant going through videos again so he's already revised his concepts the same day they were taught! How caring is @airtelindia isn't it? 🥰

The worst customer care service. @airtelindia India stop faking with people.. First learn to serve better than go for advertising.. .. Blocking the customer care is the best answer from ur side... Better shut all the customer care numbers when u can't @Airtel_Presence @airteln
