    @airtelindia Airtel is 3rd class network in India. I raised a network complaint in the last 2.5 years back still not resolved the issue. Airtel doesn't have a network team. Airtel is a 3rd Class mobile network company.,,,,,,

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Today I received a link from Airtel telling that I could switch my prepaid plan. Previously I had accidentally recharged for the 1 year plan for around 2498. Now my SIM is showing that it's a postpaid SIM with the 499/m plan. Please Help

    @airtelindia . 3 new SIM cards have been given each time but they aren’t being activated. This is pathetic service and I am helpless. I will be forced to cancel all my connections if this issue is not resolved in the next 24 hours after 3 weeks of patience in these difficult times

    @airtelindia guys waste of using airtel network if possible you can port for other networks.I got net issue and was not resolved.getting 2g speed but deducted was 4g data no use of calling customercare they are asking to port as they cant do anything.very bad on ur part @airtel

    @airtelindia i live in Bengaluru urban. No network in my and my wife's phone for past 5 days. Cannot make any calls or unable to get OTPs. Airtel customer care ask to go to nearest center during pandemic. Extremely disappointed user and shareholder or Airtel. :(

    @airtelindia need a broadband connection in Agra but your app is showing no service can you ask your local team for the availability of connection.
