    @airtelindia my internet connection and landline is not working for over 5 days. Cald customer support and was told the problm vl be solved within 24 hours. The executive came aftr 2 days and told it will be solved within 1 hour and tht did not hapn..contd.

    @airtelindia I am regular customer seeking fibre connection. For last 15 days, the customer care is dragging its feet by excuses. Another Vendor comes and says I will get in 2 days if you buy from me ! What does it mean ? Inefficiency or cheating ?
