They have a bunch of statements which they'll keep on copy/pasting for any or all of your complaints. No action would ever be taken as these customer care executive are also taught to lie on calls giving false commitments. Save yourself from the trouble and opt for @airtelindia.

@airtelindia I've heared from you in regards Extreme Fiber Outage in Indore area pin 452020: "We will fix the issue at 2nd May at 8:30 AM", "we'll fix the issue at 11:25 am" and now you said "...at 2:26 PM" "SIMPLY SAY YOU CAN'T FIX TODAY, CUSTOMER WILL BE MORE HAPPY"
