    It is really disturbing from service providers like @airtelindia who make compulsory recharge of above 129 rupees for porting out. It is not the way to force customer to stay with them. @TRAI must interven into such matter. They have pathetic network services also force customer.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence i am unable to send a text sms to any other numbers. Please kindly solve this issue..it's important to me..I have a main balance + 79Rs pack.. in past days I used main balance as a sms charge but at this time sms not sending.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently your customer care people wasted my time for 10 days, they said they cannot update pincode of address for my wifi. But after 30-40 calls and so many emails and daily calls, they said they can update, 121 toll free number, are you sick?
