    @airtelindia @TRAI I am hereby lodging my complaint against Bharati Airtel for my broadband connection. I informed them on twitter on 13th Nov that I am surrendering my said connection. Daily I am being pestered by 3 to 4 calls from them wanting to verify cancellation request

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you! The issue was resolved. The number was converted from postpaid to prepaid successfully! If only the earlier 198 customer care representative & people at Airtel Care center were knowledgeable & less involved in blame-game, this would have been a better experience.
