    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been tweeting and DMing since yesterday, but your team is only providing scripted 'Check DM' responses. My call forwarding service has been blocked for 15 days on number 8051660002. ​Deepak B promised a callback in DM, but I am still waiting!

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.

    @JioCare Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, your customer care executives are not answering calls or resolving customer issues. Such poor support is rarely seen with @airtelindia and even @BSNLCorporate has improved a lot compared to this now.

    @airtelindia Hi, we're sorry to inform you that installation of your new Airtel Wi-Fi connection is delayed due to wiring route related issue, our team is working on the issue and checking for the alternate route and methods to install the connection. Please refund last bill

    @airtelindia you really need to sort out your tech. It’s a total disaster! All along we could buy an international roaming on your mobile app. Not anymore! It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!
