    @JioCare Sad to say but we are having service of so called “Indian no.1 network “ as TVC advertisement @airtelindia We are frm in mumbai have around 10 no in office which we can port n more 30 connection required for employees hope as @reliancejio have good network would process ahead

    @kishenp @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineers are judged by SLAs and perhaps performance linked to it too. Thats perhaps why it seems to matter more than Customer satisfaction. There should be a method to measure CSAT first.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews 'Airtel Fraud payment bank' #airtel is cheating customers.Modus operandi is they first fail transaction only so that they can charge the card and customer thinks he isnt charged.shared all trx details from bank but the frauds havent refunded after 10 days
