@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mistakenly recharged my phone 2 times with the same recharge pack i.e. Rs 838 with 3-4 days of gap in between. I can't even reach out to the customer care to discuss this issue. Why is it so difficult to talk to a customer care executive?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence having ur net connection has become a headache. Can't complaint there is no system to log a complaint in ur app. It does take u to idiotic chat which never understands the problem. Number dialed to talk to advisor never connects. #AirtelDown
