Really frustrating service by @airtelindia I hve been on IVR from last 30 min and cannot connect to customer service representative. Seems like airtel doesnt care about customers anymore.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its really disappointed services from airtel. Handset add request for VOLTE raised 1 month before & nobody taking care of it. (no problem with Jio) Then, Why shouldn't we port out & take benefit of VOLTE. Think!!! Handset: Sony Xperia XA1 PLUS

@airtelindia I registered The Service Req. CCPKI3DEL20210531494024, three days ago and not having single response from airtel. Is airtel so arrogant to work on complaint and one more things i having constantly slow internet since may 2020 and now no internet great progress
