    Hi @airtelindia you won’t be concerned about your diminishing network quality even after so many complaints. But you will call customer 5 days before their pack expiry everyday to remind for recharge. Waah kya baat hai @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable to see such unprofessionalism in customer care from your end. I have been trying to reach out for my 5G issues and no one bothers to help me out. I will now take legal routes to solve this matter. This is horrendous.

    Why @airtelindia why? Every time I call your customer care Helpline I meet with uneducated, unprofessional staff, people not able to understand english disconnect the call in the middle. Why the hell you claim that you have the best customer service @TRAI @MIB_India

    @airtelindia my service Request no. for Fiber service disruption is 11034514433 raised yesterday 7th, it's more than 48hrs now and no action has been taken. The engineers number was given and they are also not picking up the calls. Please resolve it @airtelnews @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have the worst customer support service . My broadband connection has not been working for last 3 days and since then you have just been reassigning my complaint to executives who say it is not their “ area”. call center is absolutely pathetic.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Sales agent lied about setting up my router as an extender just to force a sale/installation. Now the connection is done, the agent has ghosted my calls, and the work is incomplete. Deceptive tactics in Bangalore! Fix this.

    @Ssp1Technical @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same for me! Fiber is down since Monday morning, a technician visited on Tuesday and said it's a main line issue I will forward the request to main team. Since then no one has contacted and the technician isn't picking up calls
