    @airtelindia you have the worst customer service. Idk why you guys pretend that youbare "open to questions". Your staff can't read emails, your Airtel app doesn't work, and my service request are automatically fulfilled. No wonder why Jio was called Airtel killer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal I’m an NRI, visiting native place Katahari Bazar Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. using Airtel data services, must admit extremely poor service, connection keeps dropping and very inconsistent, hopefully you’d do something to fix it 🙏🏽
