  @airtelindia, increasing the price of plans? No problem. Making mobile internet feel like a luxury? Fine. But after paying that much, I expect the internet to actually work. I’m a Fast Lane (Priority) customer, yet I can’t even load a post on X. It shows 5G, but the actual speed is nowhere close to what it says. What exactly am I paying for?

  @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Yeah, the problem is they've dumped 4G long back, so it's unreliable already. And for 5G, the range is low - travelling faster in highways require switching base stations. Unless they increase the number of towers in these regions, we ain't gonna see good 5G connectivity.

  @airtelindia There was some issue with the wifi 2-3 days ago, the technician came yesterday (yes we were without without wifi for 1-2 days), he "fixed" it, now today it is again out. And the only option I am able to see is to book service after 2 days.

  @SunilBhartiMitl @airtelindia I put a request to shift my connection from one location to another where in my landline no is 01204445247 on 19th. I have been following each day but they cancelled order, & harrasing everytime. The worst service by airtel ever. This is **** service
