@airtelindia Why are you sending me an SMS asking me to check your app for missed calls instead of the usual missed call alerts? This is no way to increase MAU and with your bad network quality, I’d rather port out.

@airtelindia Hi I'm, using Airtel postpaid last 10 years regularly last more then five months I'm facing too much network issue in calling and data. I'm complaint to Airtel thanks app 13th of July but it's still in processing. Now they discount my services,I'm change company.

The appalling behaviour of rescheduling appointments by local technicians by @reliancejio @JioCare I would urge others to ignore this telecom provider as the twitter and local tech are not interested to resolve issues prefer @airtelindia like I am moving on after to internet

@airtelindia You have the worst after sales service. I have been trying to get my fiber internet fixed at home in Jamshedpur but your local service team does not care about your customers and do not respond. Switching to Jio as soon as it becomes available in my area.

@airtelindia Can you please let me know if someone buys Iphone14 from the US, will that model work in India as US models don’t have physical sim slot. I am a satisfied user of esim as a secondary sim but are there any issues with just the esim model with no slots only?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For 10079340103 i was told by the technician that he will change the router since it isn’t working. But he left after taking the code and is not answering the calls. My issue is still unresolved.
