  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia It's same everywhere, their network sucks. 5G is practically non existent, call drops are a new normal. So to cope up shamelessly, they've introduced priority postpaid to give actual 5G to recover costs. They're nothing but bullcrap.

  @airtelindia has one of the worst service airfiber service will never suggest anyone to use this, and the customer service is the another nightmare they are trying hard that you should not close the wifi connection, instead of solving wifi speed. Worst company @airtelindia

  @airtelindia thrives on monopoly. Since @TRAI exists only on papers, Airtel has made a mockery of its customers. Culture flows from the top and @Airtel_Presence is an eg. The arrogance of its MD, CEO and Chief Customer Officer is seen in their team. What's your experience?

  Hello @airtelindia - you dont have proper network for 4G users. You cant provide proper network to 5G users....people face call drops, still you do nothing. But you can atleast hire a good app developer and get your app fixed. It is giving too much bad experience.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is down for almost 4 days now. No calls, no pick up. Just inconvenience message with no ETA. What are you guys possibly working on that you don't know how much time it would take to close. Let me know if I should switch to Jio.

  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia My main reason for contacting Airtel customer care was to report the very slow internet speed at my home; I had informed them about the issue, but they did not listen to me at all. They did not even reply to my message.
