    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence paid for the ‘mesh plan’ (full year advance payment) on 02-Oct. Mesh is yet to be installed. No way to reach customer care except through Twitter and despite half a dozen reverts on DM and calls, no action being taken. Making this tweet public now.

    I entered the @airtelindia store with a functioning SIM card looking for another. I left 90 minutes later. 650 bucks less in my wallet. Zero sim cards functioning. Terrible customer service is an understatement + 6/8 employees weren't wearing a mask properly. Rant over.
