It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Black customer and I am not able to use my Internet services from a week and the customer service persons says it will take another 15 days to resolve the issues. Need to rectified. Or else need a full refund on my Next airtel Bill

@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

@airtelindia Do Peroorkada (TVM, KL) have any airtel tower? NO NETWORK. Have to walk around home when somebody calls. Hope to get caught by police (restrictions are in place)the network story won't sell. Place a tower near, let Poor Airtel customers enjoy 'The Fastest network'
