    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your technician is recording all calls whenever a customer is calling to complain FTTH connection issues, without the other parties, consent, leading to violation of Article 21 of the constitution of India.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service have paid since yesterday for installation of airtel broadband/xstream and was assured installation within few hours but its been a day no revert or call getting answered is this your service..shame please refund if not able to provide

    Recently moved to @reliancejio from @airtelindia and this #CycloneMandous helped me understand the network stability better. Jio's coverage is better here in chennai. Obviously network speed went down but i didn't got a tower loss fully.
