@airtelindia I had taken Airtel Black connection with 4 postpaid and Airtel Xtreme fiber. Sales person given wrong commitment and sold connection. After that sales person stopped receiving call and also no help from customer care. Will recommend not to take Airtel connection.

@airtelindia I had purchased an Airtel Xtreme set up box on 2/4/23 via my mobile number 9870156824. During installation I told the Airtel representative to change the broken cable and he assured me the same, but now he is not picking my phone. Kindly look into this.
