My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

When I actually asked for a service requet due to continuous disconnections nobody really called or resolve.

Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!
