    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @airtelindia 2/2so now you are asking me to cancel the connection after 5 days of cheating saying I will get cnctn aftr 5 days it saying to cancel and wait for 7 working days for refund now ur worst customer service is saying to wait 24 hrs for cancellation also how worst your service is

    I am airtel broadband users since more than 15 years. Since 4-5 months, facing too much of connectivity and consistency issues. No support from @airtelindia . It’s time to switch to better service provider.
