My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Service is pathetic, takes more than 24 hours to resolve. Upon asking how to put a disconnection request, no one is guiding. Fedup

Good network speed means very little if customer support can't clearly explain why your service has been restricted.

If you're restricting someone's service: Tell them the recorded usage. Explain the policy clearly. Give a consistent answer. That shouldn't be too much to ask.
