    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    One of the worst decision of my life to switch to airtel from jio, no internet at all nor 5G nor 4G works at my house, even a single video buffers, @TRAI should have a condition where i can revert back to old network earlier then 3 months of waiting @airtelindia @JioCare ..

    Also tried to connect with the helpline 121 and other number as well but didn't get any update on that as well also the guy with whom I've purchased the plan is also not taking my phone. @airtelindia kindly help into this matter.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Always recharge on time for unlimited data, but the internet speeds are painfully slow. On top of that, constant promotional calls and texts every day. @Airtel_Presence please look into my account and fix this ASAP.

    @airtelindia I recharged ₹3599 plan because it was advertised as "Truly Unlimited 5G". However, after my daily 2GB data is used, I am forced to buy topup data packs. It is misleading. Pls resolve my complaint immediately,or I will escalate it to @TRAI #Airtel #5G #ConsumerRights

    I have a daily 2 GB data plan. Earlier, the same amount of usage would last the entire day, but now the 2 GB gets exhausted within half a day, even though my usage pattern hasn't changed. This feels unfair. Please investigate whether there is an issue with your data usage calculation or network. If this problem is not resolved, I will have no option but to port my number to another service provider. Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My issue still thr same. Are you carrying out rocket-science-level repairs? It's been over 48 hours If my connection isn't restored within the next hour, I will be approaching the Consumer Court and pursuing all available legal remedies.
