My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Even when my phone shows a 5G network, my 4G data gets used! As soon as my daily limit of 2GB ends, my internet stops working completely. Today, I had to do an extra data recharge of ₹39 just to complete my work. Why is Airtel doing this scam to its old customers in the name of 5G?👇

Later, I was given another time of 5:30–6:30 PM, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I was then told it would be resolved today, 13 Aug.
