    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when I called that number there was no response as it was from IVR. If a customer's number is busy, installation person didn't call back after 10-15 minutes or next day. Without ringing they marked it cancelled. What kind of customer service is it?

    @airtelindia has caused me a lot of hassle that has affected my well being and work by generating false bills every month.The call records clearly prove they have been charging me for unanswered calls every month and on raising a complaint nothing is being done.
