    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia Sought shifting of venue for my wifi on 23rd .After 7 days work was done on 1st June. Wifi still not activated.Lodged many complaints. No one cares to resolve.emailed appellate authority BhubaneswarNo action. Such poor service by Airtel.Will the wifi be activated

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a worst service. Takes years for shifting a wifi connection. Don't give false promises if you can't act on time. Be ashamed of your services. You can't give the service engineer contact details to the customer. Isn't it foolish???

    I have been now frustrated with the quality of service @airtelindia is providing these days, registering complaints with them doesn't solve the issue instead they give you a resolution deadline of 15 days and then without solving your problem complaint is closed.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I’ve had no internet for 6 days. Support calls only gave false promises—pathetic service. In today’s world, internet is a basic need for work & entertainment, yet I’m deprived of both despite paying. #ServiceDeficiency #Airtel
