My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

It takes min 3 attempts to connect a call & get the message through. No amount of service requests have helped. Thanks to this experience have stayed away from Airtel WiFi.

Mobile data - if you don't keep the phone at a certain angle at the window - just does not work at all. literally glued to the window rn.
