My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

I am an Indian citizen and NRI, currently in India, with a valid Indian passport. The passport has my Germany address. Staff say they cannot issue a SIM because of that foreign address. I offered separate Indian stay/address proof for PoA and asked for document KYC, not Aadhaar e-KYC. They still refused and would not put the reason in writing.
