    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    hi @airtelindia I am Airtel Priority customer. I have raised two network issues in my new location at Bengaluru with request no: 31 - 1000014110949 & 31 - 1000014124554. I am unable to track them on my app & the issue still persists causing lot of inconvenience.

    Past 5 days, my internet has been down for more than 4 times. I had to VISIT a store to get **** done because your lazy "engineers" kept canceling my appointment. Now your entire services are down and helpline doesn't work. KYS @airtelindia. SWITCH TO JIO GUYS.

    @airtelindia why day by day your service and people are degrading To raise a complaint it takes 15 mins and then it's 5 people switched. Complaint number 11032000091 - first Tuhin Das then Barun Das then Barun Paik and now Soumya Nath why so many changes in people

    Faced the exact same issue with @reliancejio where shift requests weren't resolved for half a month, forcing me to switch to @airtelindia. Now, the sheer amount of exact same shameless behavior from Airtel's ground teams is appalling. Look at this endless loop:

    @airtelindia However, no action has been taken so far, and no one has visited the site to inspect or address the problem. I recently joined Airtel because of its strong reputation and service quality.
