    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    @airtelindia Sorry to say but you should shut down your WiFi services when you can't solve issues in 3 days itself..and your pre recorded messages like "hamare engineers tatpar hai"please stop this .Worst pathetic service you provide, your app doesn't register complain..

    Hii @airtelindia I have planned to purchase DTH Connection from Airtel. Shortly call came from Arumbakkam MMDA Colony Branch they Said they don't sell DTH alone and forced me to buy both Wifi and DTH. @airtelindia won't provide single DTH. Please fix this @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia why is your service forcing me to continue my wifi service when i dont need it has to be the most frustrating experience just trying to discontinue your service. I've been calling the executives to get my connection cancelled and all they do is prolong the period

    @airtelindia I was following up to check the feasibility of network speed at my home. The local team is very arrogant and is asking for 1,500/- for the first-time installation, even though Airtel states it's free with 6 months of payment. This is how the service system works.

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working for last 2 days . My monthly bill to be reduced from 30 to 28 days. So the bill must be reduced. But u have raised the complete bill. Poor service by airtel. @MIB_India
