@dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

@UtkarshSingh_ @airtelindia Not just during shutdowns - These ISPs MUST provided extended services for broadband outages. The services are never consistent in Goa but the plan ends on the planned end date. I have monitored joister for 12 months - it was down for over 3 months but no discount or rebate.
