    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Some datapoints: Airtel has 46 cr prepaid users out of total 49 Cr mobile users. Jio has 51 Cr prepaid users out of total 53 Cr users. 5G is in pilot phase with "Unlimited free 5G" to all,from both carriers. When Private or Govt gives anything for free,quality will be poor !!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I Hey, I'm writing to formally complain about my AirFiber internet being down since August 29th. They told me it'd be fixed by 4:55 PM on August 30th and a technician would come, but no one showed up. My complaint ID is 11039160159.

    @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been DOWN for 3 DAYS. Complaint/Order 11039071966 is still unresolved.I’ve now been informed that the technician was late and the task has been reassigned. This is unacceptable. Please escalate immediately, restore my Wifi

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews You guys keep promoting your ducking new schemes of priority support etc and what not, whl the truth is you guys take atleast 24 hours just to assgn an agnt to rectify broadband issues, while other networks send in support in 1-2 hours !

    @JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.
