    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Just fyi folks the installation is still pending. The installation is for cable network through wifi. We get calls for d2h setup and when told about connecting through wifi it gets delayed again. Whats the problem here? @airtelindia @Airte_Presence @jagograhakjago

    My @airtelindia Airtel number can not send messages but can recieve them. Calls are going through. 5G is also working. Tried all possible Google troubleshooting. Been trying this for 2 days but no help from Airtel Customer Care. Someone expert in networking please explain?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI One of the worst customer service experiences! For over a month, I’ve repeatedly requested a Wi-Fi connection shift with zero resolution. Yet Airtel continues to charge me for a service I cannot use. Unacceptable service, irresponsible billing

    The most pathetic and cheater company is @airtelindia... If I would get delayed by 1 day in paying the bill they will charge me 100 extra and here they are not able to resolve an issue from last 4 days

    @airtelindia I want to raise a complaint regarding installation of WiFi modem. My office was renovated in June because of which the wifi modem was removed from the wall. It needs to be reinstalled. I have raised complaints several times but it has not been resolved.
