    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    While calling the customer care of @airtelindia for @FASTag_NETC , there is no one to talk. Only automated AVR and No real helpline. No other bank has this bullshit issue @NETCFAST

    @airtelindia Disappointed. In Dec, Netflix was upgraded from Basic to Standard without warning or consent. Told it auto-upgraded due to login on two devices. No notification, just unwanted charges added and forced to pay. This feels unfair and misleading. @Airtel_Presence

    Day 8 of it on X and day 60 of first complaint with them, @airtelindia modus operandi of how to #cheat customer - complain raise > call received > wait for 4 days> complaints get auto close> again call > wait 4 days and this goes on #kudos to @airtelindia @TRAI #AirtelFiber
