    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    Shocking service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Request to migrate postpaid to prepaid raised on Aug 21 is STILL pending after 12 days. No calls, no resolution, but you expect me to pay for the 12 days your team delayed? It takes 2 days max. Fix this and waive the charges!

    @airtelindia international roaming has been recharged and activated and the user is unable to use it. Went in person to your Airtel Centre in Powai and the staff not only asks for the sim (it’s in international roaming) but rudely yells to leave as they can’t help! Disgusting
