    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @airtelindia has one of the worst service airfiber service will never suggest anyone to use this, and the customer service is the another nightmare they are trying hard that you should not close the wifi connection, instead of solving wifi speed. Worst company @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Complete fraud is being done, without, for disconnection request it's hassle, now they don't disconnect and start safe custody service without my consent,and will charge again for 200 . Now I have to again go to service centre the. Again service team will call and will do fraud

    @airtelindia @airtelnews disgrace when a customer with 27 years with airtel is shouted at and call disconnected by a escalation team lady , for over a 2 month bill dispute which airtel is not able to solve. Absolutely unacceptable and bullying behaviour .

    @airtelindia @airtelnews On 1st July I made a payment of Rs 500 and booked IPTV Till now there is no response from customer care , the airtel store and mailed multiple times but no response Today I unbundled my Airtel black plan Please help me out my order ID is 576182817_001

    @airtelindia Home Internet has been down since 6 July, and not a single engineer has visited yet. Every day, I’m given false promises instead of a resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. Broadband Complaint No.: 10987729169 #CustomerService #Broadband
