Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

@dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

@airtelindia - I’m trying to change my broadband plan via app for last 1 week, and every time it throws an error. You customer service line is useless as IVRS doesn’t serve this option, and, instead sends a SMS which goes to infinite loop between browser and app. Kindly help.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why is your internet speed in Badarpur, Delhi, decreasing by the day? The internet speed was fine for the previous three months, but now it's terrible; it only gives us 30kbps at times! Airtel is about to launch 5G! Please prioritise 4G first.
