Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Black customer here. I had problems with my Wi-Fi. Complaint did on 25/04. Resolution date was 26/04 15:30. We are now on 29th & I’m still not able to access the Internet. This is how you treat your customer? Do one thing disconnect now.

@airtelindia teaches its employees to spread bs. I have been facing high ping issues and their technicians are like this is how it is because its(game's) servers are in another country then how come I get better ping on another network and in other games with no orfew servers hre
