    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia facing consistent issue with SMS since 2 days despite being a high RPU OF airtel for years. When visited Airtel Sion Gallery I am told to come tomorrow as they aren't able to investigate issue. What's going on? Can you help fix the issue?

    Even after making huge profit each and every year, @reliancejio and @airtelindia keep increasing their plans every single year. And network quality is same and if you think to fix this via customer care,there is AI assistant.🤡 You can't reach them for network problem. मनमानी है।

    My Airtel WiFi hasn’t worked for 2 weeks. One guy says he’s unwell, another says he’s from outside my area. This is the level of service you provide? Absolutely pathetic. Even the service guy is asking me to move to some other service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
