    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to convert my current postpaid services to prepaid, but not able to get any help through your Airtel App or Helpline Number and neither from your local Airtel Store. Please provide assistance ASAP or I'll be left with only choice to Port

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews This is unacceptable. Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here? Either activate OR disconnect &stop billing.

    @airtelindia Very poor service. My brother was told he can reopen Airtel Payments Bank account from any store. Alaknanda store sent him to Lajpat Nagar office, where they asked money then said account cannot open due to system issue. Staff was rude. Please take action.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 2–3 days, and no one has taken responsibility or provided a proper update. Ur customer care number is useless it just feels like talking to a bot with no real support.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia onboarding experience. 4 days since my request (ASJXGG2GS2) and the installation is stuck in a loop because of a "previous request" error. I need this resolved today. @Airtel_Presence help! 📢

    @airtelindia I requested Airtel One Black on 28 Apr (Req ID: SXWTYW5ET1), paid ₹1500 on same-day installation promise. Still no connection. Engineer not responding, rude behavior, multiple SRs with no resolution (1010103018398). I WFH & struggling for 6–7 days. Not acceptable.

    Why does @airtelindia doesn’t give any helpline number for customers to connect readily ? How will only canned responses and options in the app through a chat alone solve all issues ?
