    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @airtelindia Bad service I have never before experienced my local boardband not functioning for the past four days. Every time I phone customer service, they promise that it will function within three hours, but it hasn't.Since I have been unable to work last 4 days ticket 41-38228426129.

    @airtelindia Airtel has terrible customer service. They sold me a sim, claiming it was free then they have been charging me for a sim I don't even use. I have raised a complaint 10 days ago, haven't recieved a proper response till now. Airtel customers beware of this scheme.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ported my no from Vodafone to Airtel. Despite giving mail confirmation two days ago, the international Roaming has not been activated and now I stuck in USA without mobile. Worst service so far and really regret my decision to port to Airtel.
