My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Unfortunately, raising the issue & not letting go might only result in Airtel refunding for outage time, nothing else. No regulator will ensure service provided as promised.
