My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Even 15 minutes ago the speed was 35 mbps, I was warned by my friends that after 4 months of getting a fresh connection, @airtelindia service would detiriorate considerably. And you have done it. U can try even local internet service provider. Shifting or disconnection pending from 8th April.
