    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @airtelindia What kind of “unlimited” service is this? 😡 After just 2GB, my internet isn’t working at all. This is not what customers expect when they pay for unlimited plans. Please resolve this issue ASAP or explain clearly what’s going on. #AirtelIndia #FrustratedCustomer

    India's No. 1 network @Airtel_Presence provides absolutely zero @airtelindia roaming connectivity. I've been struggling without a network all over Bahrain for an entire month now. Who is going to compensate me for this massive service failure and my lost month of roaming?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence standard response of replied to DMs wont help becoz their you are not responding or resolving anything. I simply dont want to use airtel fiber wifi services. Simply disconnect. You cannot force me to keep using connection with zero connectivity

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not sure what you mean by "as requested earlier". However, I am thinking to move because I feel too constrainted with your service. Sunday morning, wifi got internet issues, the dumb chatbot mere opened a ticket that too for Monday ! Means, to spend Sunday wo Wifi

    Hey @airtelindia been getting your Prime renewal reminders daily. Would be nice if your app or useless chat would help me cancel or customer care actually led to a human who could. None of them do. So here’s my public cancellation request. Do with it what you will
