Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

@dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

Secondly, being a private and such a big giant - these errors and harassing a customer is never a good service. I do not know how to deal with your staff to get my sim working and cell number working , such important otp , bank ,everything is connected with number @airtelindia

@airtelindia highly disappointed in ur customer care where the customer doesn't have the right to raise a complaint. I made a recharge of 2999 which has a benefit of 1 year of @DisneyPlusHS subscription but the customer service told me that they can't raise a complaint against it
