    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    Paying for a service and receiving this level of connectivity is extremely frustrating. I’ve already ported my Jio mobile number to Airtel, and now I’m done with Jio AirFiber as well. I’ll be switching my broadband connection to Airtel. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    Complete harassment by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Called 6 to 8 times over the last 3 days, including a 32-min hold loop. 5 agents and 2 supervisors gave fake assurances. No field agents contacted but in app it marked resolved Worst customer service ever!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Even though his son personally visited the Airtel center in Hinu, Ranchi, today—carrying a copy of the police report regarding the lost SIM—they refused to issue a replacement. It is absolutely shameless; why on earth should we use such a pathetic service? @TRAI

    @airtelindia worst network in Laxmi Nagar delhi, while you are claiming the reach to mashobra. Internet outage from Saturday, but they are still excusing to restore services at 2:30pm today without know the technical glitch and status It’s wastage of amount of innocent customer

    @pbhushan1 The issue is not having a feasible "other option." Jio's performance is also not good, not is it for VI or BSNL. Technically, it's loop b/w @airtelindia and @Jio.

    Poor Network I have raised 15 mail Complaints to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and Respective Nodal officer but issue remains the same you charge for 5G Speed but coverage at location is poor also your people fails to fix the issue
