My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Saurabh Raj (@iamsaurabhraj) reported@airtelindia raised a MNP request on 14th Aug via your App and paid for a prepaid plan on the same day but I am yet to receive my SIM. Disappointing way to welcome a customer. To top it up there’s no way I can reach out to customer care- all I can interact with are AI bots.

It is down since last 4 days and we get a standard reply from the CC that services are down in ur area and will 5-6 more hours. We have office work and rely solely on wifi as ur mobile services are pathetic here.
