My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

I filed a complaint and it said I can track on Airtel Thanks app. it’s neither visible there, nor is there any IVR option to speak to customer service representative!!
