    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Airtel SIM card registered in my name that I originally obtained in Rajasthan, but for some reason, it is not working. I visited an Airtel office in Gorakhpur, UP, but was told that the SIM could only be issued from Rajasthan.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite repeated calls and messages, the engineer has still not arrived. My Wi-Fi service request #1103884550 is still pending, even though a resolution time was provided.This is extremely disappointing.Please send the enginer urgently.

    Dear @airtelindia I paid my Airtel postpaid bill, but my services have still been suspended. This is completely unacceptable. I have also not received any bank OTPs or payment-related notifications, which is causing further inconvenience. If my payment has been successfully processed, there is no valid reason for my services to remain suspended. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. I do not want to face any further disruption because of an error on Airtel’s side.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 5–6 days, and water is leaking from the router. I’ve tried contacting support, but calls aren’t connecting. I have a recording of this. Please arrange a technician visit urgently and fix this ASAP. Registered mobile: 9315837594

    @airtelindia @OfficialDMRC @OfficialDMRC customer care managers at stations also don't have any clue about this issue. They simply brush off to Airtel people. Please make dmrc cards available at stations so that we don't have to buy these other brand cards

    @airtelindia Pls improve the 5G network in my area. For the past 10 days, my 5G connection has been unexpectedly switching back to 4G, causing very slow internet speeds and an unreliable experience. Kindly check the network coverage and resolve this issue soon. #Airtel
