    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My late father held this Airtel number for 15+ years. It’s deeply sentimental to us. After his passing last September we wanted to keep it, so on 21 May your team converted it postpaid→prepaid. Since that day the SIM is not working.

    Highly disappointing! @airtelindia It's been 2 whole days since the wifi is down in Sector 4 Gurgaon After repeatedly complaining you've given false hopes about it getting restored at 730, 1330 then 1930 and it's still down! It's 21st century n airtel is stuck in stone age 🤡

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia Jio services suck. My Jio broadband is down 2-3 days every month. Yet I pay the entire month bill. Its down from sat 1800h to now Monday 0900hrs. This feel so stupid and cheated ! .. Switching to airtel ASAP Non sense

    No this is absolutely wrong my network was down for 12 hours, your store, executive Rohit, Deepak didnt help and even didnt respond to my call and message. No help from Airtel, it was automatically resume after 12 hours, no action on store and executive. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence 3 days without WiFi. 10+ calls to support. Every call = new excuse. “Engineer assigned.” “We’ll call you back.” Then the line goes dead. Still no fix. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Escalate this now — I need my connection restored today @airtelindia

    Hi all, Can you please provide a good internet service provider in 6th block Rajajinagar, Bangalore for 560010 ? Airtel internet and service is worst. No internet from past 5 days, despite of complaint @airtelindia no support from them poor service in this locality. #Dontbuy
