    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    Only d date and complaint no. got changed but srvc standard still remain pathetic. 656368065 complaint pending since 20may, scheduled appointment time was ystrday afternoon....even escalated to cust support but yet to get any resolution.@airtelindia @AirtelXtream @dth_airtel

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have played an ******* game again today. You have again reset my router SSID without my knowledge, throwing offline all our devices. You are just a pathetic loser company. Looking forward to finding time in the next month to change my service provider.

    ...in last 3 days. In the same house 2 post paid numbers are there. There is no problem with post paid numbers. @airtelindia This is unfair trade practice. Competition commission of India should be asked to look in to it.

    AI assistants: I have had interactions with AI assistants on @amazonIN , @airtelindia and an health insurance co website, All were absolute rubbish. No way I can communicate the real problem. At least, Airtel still had a real human contactable. With patience.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, how are loan recovery agents getting access to my number when I’ve never shared it with them? A friend took a loan, and now I’m getting recovery calls. Customer privacy and data protection seriously need attention.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pls let me know when it can be fixed. Same with wifi, the engineer came, saw and went back without communication with us. Very poor service
