Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

@dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare Fiber connection is not working since more than 36 hours. The network in the whole area is down. But Jio service is just sleeping. No resolution even after complaints. Switching to @airtelindia seems only option now.
