.@airtelindia You treat customers who had a death in the family horribly. Airtel HQ unresponsive and phone blocked for 30 days after death..even after following all processes and when your own store says it should be allowed. Does no one at airtel care about basic humanity? @TRAI

@Swatiprakash14 @airtelindia I have faced the same issue with my Airtel postpaid connection. Then I shifted to their prepaid service for cheaper plans with new sim, surprisingly I got good network and internet connectivity henceforth. So may be refreshing the old sim with a new one did the trick.
