    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @airtelnews I have placed a cancellation request on 8th May'26 and was promised a call back stating tools not working and no call back yet. Since 2months you are sending me bills but have not cancelled the services. cx care number is also not reachable. It's a total scam. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very poor services from @airtelindia charging rupees 699 for WIFI+IPTV but my Airtel TV suspended and no resolution provided since last 5 days. Worst service and poor customer service @Airtel_Presence They don’t even reply even after multiple chasers

    @airtelindia Why only with outage issue with Airtel. There are also other provider but they sre facing the issue. Whole day gone but no resolution.

    Very disappointed with your services @airtelnews @airtelindia . Your services for fibre connection sucks as I'm unable to use the benefits of OTT which I supposed to get free in my plan. Poor customer service and poor customer support.

    Wrote a Tweet to Airtel support for reply or that tweet to dm the Airtel number details. I have done as directed to me but still there's no response in the profile the tweet it's been 9-10 hours of my DM Airtel support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi connectivity is down since morning at Balkampet, Hyderabad. Cannot connect to customer service thanks to chatbot. The commitment to collect monthly charges is not seen when we need accountability for loss of service.
