    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    Hey @airtelindia, this entire “Happy Code” business may well become the bane of your customer service. My broadband connection at home is down. Your engineer arrived to fix it, but because I have not received the “Happy Code” over SMS, he says the connection will be terminated. Two simple questions: (A) If your network is down and I cannot receive the SMS containing the code, how is that my fault? (B) If my broadband is still not working, how exactly am I expected to give a “Happy Code”? I am, quite reasonably, not happy. A customer service process should solve problems, not create new ones.

    Hey @airtelindia This is the second time I’ve raised this issue. I’ve already discontinued my Wi-Fi connection and submitted the device. Why am I still getting a new bill every month? What kind of scam are you running? @Airtel_Presence

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia . Even the complaint team can’t do their job properly. Raised a complaint, they asked for my number, I provided all the details and then absolutely nothing. No call, no update, no resolution. Just silence. Worst customer service.

    Airtel has become the worst telecom operator during the past 2-3 months It never connects with real 5G Too many call drops I bet Airtel and Jio are laughing at us I mean at most I will port to Jio I have no other options Airtel customer support is nonexistent anyway @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My WiFi has been down for over 24 hours, despite multiple complaints no resolution. I have important work to do and my brother has his office work. This level of service is beyond frustrating.
