    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia I use Airtel WiFi, the most unreliable network. The bill gets generated on time. The payment reminders flood my message box. In-App notifizaions too. But service reliability- non-existent. Bots run support. Clarify.

    @Airtel_Presence Pretty fed up with @airtelindia. Raised the issue this morning, got it “resolved,” but the internet worked for barely an hour before going down again. Now the resolution is pushed to 2 PM tomorrow instead of prioritising it Issue ID:11037429010. Please escalate.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia My ₹399 plan’s Unlimited 5G is still not working. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved and I’ve incurred additional recharge costs. NCH Grievance 9906747 registered. @jagograhakjago Please intervene urgently.
