    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again down with network. Call drop, not reachable and busy all the time even phone is in front of me!!! Pahle istemaal kiya *** par vishwash nahi hua..sorry

    @JioCare Everyone please do not install jio fiber at your home @airtelindia giving the best service so please opt airtel opt and pay to that company who really cares their customers. Jio is a big company they do not care for their customers and they did monopolies so please stop using jio

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia i have installed new air fiber service last month wifi modem is not working for past 2 days and i have raised a ticket too Its been 48 hours still no one called.. But the ticket is showing as resolved and it states modem is replaced. What’s happening? #airtel

    @airtelindia DTH complaint pending since 6 days. CC called 5 times. Spend 》1 hr in calling CC and made them understand. mailed also. What to do now.

    From yesterday airtel prepaid 4 g network are gone and showing no network... Subhash Nagar bareilly area , please make sure to fix it as soon as possible, airtel has some reputation, make sure to maintain it @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am not been able to connect to customer care specialist (human). I have many queries to ask but eachtime-eachday I call it's all AI. And AI don't understand me and I am not understanding its accent and language. Now give me a way to talk to real human ! 🙏🏻

    @airtelindia It has been 10 days since I submitted my request to transfer my wificonnection, and I have made 8 calls to customer care, some lasting 45 minutes, yet the transfer has not been done. My work is getting hampered. Request ID: 21-178601184542_1. It's a pathetic service
