    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    my home is just 20 minutes away from town and is national highway side.Still i can’t be able to use wifi because still no 5G connection in my area.Also network is so slow that a message can’t even be send. Intolerable.Also 5g coverage is available 3 km nearby @airtelindia

    I urge people not to use @airtelindia black, wifi or any other airtel connection. These people do not know how to serve customer. They are looting people’s money.

    @airtelindia Before you start your troubleshooting ceremony… ✅First SIM slot (both support 5G) ✅Data roaming already ON (hometown) ✅ The classic one from your team “Buy a new phone”. Ain't gonna happen. I use S23 Ultra Still trash speeds. Any real fix? @airtelindia
