    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia The complain got closed, without any resolution, recent complain no.- 11035945668 from 10 days it's active, just closing the complain without resolution, deactivate my account.

    @airtelindia extremely poor response. Only time airtel start responding when u request for connection cut. Made a request on 29 july and 30 july on Twitter , no response, then on 3 july on customer care on 2 times . They said arranging call back from senior but not received yet.

    @airtelindia when will your pathetic customer care respond ? Your IVR system is useless and why there is not a direct option to talk to customer service ? It takes half an hour to hear nonsense IVR and choose option.. @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw the system of IVR must change…

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have received any communication for Airtel fiber connection. Called customer support 4 times, everytime I was told engineer would be assigned 30min. Its been more than 30hours

    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I would like to suggest Airtel if you are providing such sub-standard network then port my number to the best network service provider from your end and accept you can't provide better service to the prepaid customers change your business style otherwise....

    @airtelindia extremely poor customer service and internal processes. A disconnection request hasn’t been processed in 3 months, instead I get harassed by repeated payments team calls. I’ve escalated this issue numerous times to no avail. Poor poor processes. What I talk to..
