    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    @airtelindia , we’re paying for a 300 Mbps internet plan, but the actual speed isn’t even reaching 50 Mbps. With our team relying heavily on the internet for daily work, this is seriously affecting productivity.Please look into this issue and get it resolved at the earliest.

    @airtelindia Raised a request to shift my WiFi connection on 24 Aug, with 30 Aug as the committed date. It’s 1 Sep and the connection is still not set up. No technician has contacted me, and customer care shared a wrong technician number. I’ve been following up for 3 days now

    I have never seen such a bad experience with any company. Internet was shut down 3 times in a week for 10 hours. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not able to use the add another sim feature in my 699/month postpaid plan. It has been in progress for over 2 months now and its impossible to reach an actual human in customer care, the entire system is filled with AI chatbots. Absolutely pathetic
