My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Virus (@virus_vally) reportedDay 22 and still no resolution from @airtelindia. Complaint raised on 26th May. Since then, I've received only false promises and new timelines from customer care executives, but no actual solution. The constant follow-ups and uncertainty are causing unnecessary mental stress.
