Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

@dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

@Airtel_Presence I had request for airtel support on twitter. I am amazed by the quick query resolution by their team member Rinku M at the requested time by me. The customer care service is one of the reasons i am still sticking with @airtelindia
