My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

How am I being charged for a late fee when you sent a bill that is due on the 20th on May 11 which is still valid. Airtel sends the bill with a late fee? This is robbery. I already paid airtel 18000 rupees.
