    @dharani811 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can imagine, they are good at advertising. Issue will not be resolved and call dropping after 20-30 second. Irritating!!!

    Since November 2021 I have complained four or five times but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't resolve my network issue at this location. My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

    Getting regular call drops, call failure and no voice or one sided voice issues on all calls - indoor as well as outdoor. No proper resolution since last 1 month inspite of raising several tickets. Shame on your worst services. @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Network in Khushpuri, Badarpur and Umra villages (Nuh, Haryana) is extremely poor. Calls are not connecting and internet is not working. Around 11,000–15,000 people are affected. Please resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @AirtelXtream @airtelindia So got two calls from airtel.. 2 complaints raised by 2 different executives.. 24 hrs timeline given.. more than 24 hrs now, no resolution reached.. jus fooling continously by false promises.. @DoT_India plz take action

    @airtelindia My broadband is still down. Since Aug 1, Ticket #11036768483 has been closed twice as "resolved" without any technician visit. Today is Aug 4. Yet a new connection request got a callback in 20 mins. #Airtel #Hosur @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia , my Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days. Complaint registered on 30 July 2026. Every call to customer support ends with the same promise of a technician calling within 4 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor service.
