My last talk was with Mr. Shahil who promised to resolve on 72 hours, but it's been one week. I will be switching to Jio by feb 20.

Later they said: "Your benefits will renew with your next 30-day cycle." And finally: "Your benefits will renew with your next Unlimited Data recharge."
