@airtelindia Really disappointed with the service. Xstream broadband service has been down for more than 24 hours and still no proper response or resolution has been provided. Ridiculous service after putting in trust into Airtel. Pathetic customer support team.

My @airtelindia broadband connection was migrated to fiber from copper. Ever since it's not stable. On complaint made to 198 the local technicians called me to say "everything is fine at our end. If you're not happy you can cancel connection. That's @Airtel_Presence gold standard
