@airtelindia My plan isactive (Rs. 479) My internet Service is denied for no reason. While complained on customer care, the reply was your complaint will be resolved within 8 days. Why did you make it 8, you could make it 28 days. So you don't have to provide internet at all.

@airtelindia - Your broadband service is getting pathetic day by day. Even though I have a broadband connection of 100mbps there is hardly any range and that too it drops to zero a lot of times during the entire day. Not sure whether we should continue with Airtel.

Hate to do this but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your service is extremely poor. You couldn’t solve my issue for past one month and now you are not even bothered to solve it. Your network is bad, your service is bad and then you wonder why people are switching to Jio.
