    @airtelindia how do you expect the customer raise a complaint if you don’t have anyway raise it. I couldn’t get raise any sort of complaint in Airtel “thanks” app. I got charged twice extra for bill payment and no way to connect to customer support in the first place! #worstApp

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence both Broadband and Cellular network are down in 500089 area of HYD. Your IVR solution to deflect impacted customers is not customer friendly. Without Cellular network, I’m unable to get updates on the Internet issue. @TRAI
