    @airtelindia @PrimeVideo #AirtelBlack I have opted for airtel black by down payment. I didn't receive connection till now. It's been a week. Call me 9121801745. Losing trust. Worst service with rude staff. Got to fire few staff to get in order. Horrible experience. Call me if u r serious with customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Poor support and service everyday the broadband is down for multiple hours , i am caling and following up on a daily basis. Complaint no 10070280791 from yesterday was reopened today at 1 pm . Still no service
