    @airtelindia I switched to airtel for a better service but after switching neither I am able to call, nor I am able to get call. If someone calls,it says switched off. Why shld we pay for ur service. in the name of service provider you are looting money.@PMOIndia plz do something

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why does you network sucks better than your vacuum cleaner. On top of it your stupid app needs internet to "diagnose" the problem.keep up with such attitude and tricks to delay problem resolution, jio will be up yours soon.

    Now it's been 5 days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what's your action on my complaint.worst #airtelservice and #worstairtelbroadband I don't recommend airtel for people anymore. Now onwards I will suggest other broadband connection.Getting same ans daily for past 5 days

    Worst customer service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . They do not have basic service level and their advertisement shows that they want to make zero customer complaint. I think when you will have zero customer then only you will be having zero complaint.

    @airtelindia it’s been more then 30 hours since I requested for address change and still nothing has done. Didn’t expect this kind of service from Airtel. Very disappointed
