    @Airtel_Presence very unhappy from the internet service form airtel @airtelindia...and soon going to port ..my airtel.. to @reliancejio need to think if airtel improve the service it's my mistake..that i chose slow internet speed connection..sim ..very slow internet 😭😭😭😭😭

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'd like to address an issue. I have been receiving extreme ping (109 to 115 ms) and several wifi outages, for the past 5 days After contacting airtel customer service, I received a vague answer, stating that I should restart my modem, something I have done.

    @airtelindia why is the network connection so poor??!! I've sent a message on whatsapp 2 hours ago and still it's not sent. It's so frustrating!! We really except something better from you Airtel.
