Hello @airtelindia how long does it take your customer service to respond back to emails ? It’s been more than a week I emailed regarding an issue, still no response. Your customer service number is useless as well, it keeps people running in circles with its IVR support

@airtelindia It's very bad that @Airtelindia even the tweets from customer is ignored. It shows how bad they are at customer relations leave alone providing service. Being Airtel black customer didn't receive any response. Hope getting out is only option
