    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, what has happened with you. I can't believe that your internet service is pathetic in my area from last 3 weeks. When I called the customer care they boldly say that there is no issue at airtel level. PLEASE LOOK ASAP.

    @GTPLHathwayLtd We also not paid for such worst service experience. I've suffer a lot due to this. Already paid for 2 year plan otherwise had switched to @airtelindia for sure. You social media guys don't aware about ground reality and your service experience.

    @JioCare Sir as you promised me that it will be resolve by today,but the day is about to over neither the problem is resolved nor I received any call from your team, iam fully unsatisfied with your service and will recommend others to opt better options like @airtelindia Or @BSNL_UKD

    @airtelindia your airtel Thana app is really a disaster; since 20 days I hv recharged DTH we are unable to see any channels no customer care to guide us, surprisingly!
