Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

@airtelindia I have lost my Fastag after car (BR-01-DD-0021) accident and nw I m nt able to find any option to apply fr it in airtel app. Also ur mentioned CC number has no IVR option for Fastag. Pls help asap.
