    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @TRAI please take against @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence their helpline is waste of time. if an educated person could not connect with helpline no. 121 and 198. How a common man can connect. also on social media, they were unable to provide help regarding eSIM. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is this? Any body can Add the the channel from your remote, no need of registered mobile number, but you can remove channel with only registered mobile number or app. This is otherwise loophole or misguidance. Feeling, Why I took this service..
