    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Network for more than 24hrs. Issue raised to customer care yesterday but only assurances given by different customer care executives but no solution. This is the classic example the way complaints handled by Customer care service.

    I was offered 2 new nos from @airtelindia on my existing phone number. However, I did not know that these both numbers earlier belonged to bank defaulters. Now I'm so troubled by all these bank and recovery calls and these people scream, abuse and threat me for no reason. Help!
