    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just had a dissapointing call at 121... Agents don't understand customer complaints and disconnect the calls without resolution. Airtel talks politely only when collecting bills payment but not for customer complaints

    @airtelindia I’ve raised a service request on 21 Nov. SR no-10001884044 Didn’t receive any update yet. No technician contacted or visited. Called/mailed the customer care multiple times yet issue isn’t resolved. This is severely disturbing my work. Please do the needful asap.

    @airtelindia this is one of the worst apps, I am not even able to raise location shifting request. Calling 121 is time waste as the agents don't understand the req. Shifting req was created as Upgrade. Pathetic. 3 days, no internet. You should focus on better service.

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel my wifi device from last 1.6 year but now I am facing internet speed slowness issues. Recently I changed my residence to noida sector 22 U.P pin-201301. In this area downloading speed is- 6 mbps and uploading speed is- 1 mbps. Kindly fix this issue.

    @airtelindia Hi @airtelindia , you did broad daylight robbery on 25th Nov.. You asked us to recharge to save 20% ensuring that new pack will activate after current pack.. however after recharge both are active simultaneously causing huge loss. And reckless reply by customer care executives
