@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Tuk a BB connection for 1024 Mbps, paid 1 year's money in advance,frm day 1, speeds r ~300 Mbps up&down. Gave official complaint on Dec 2&no resolution.Raised a cancellation request 2day and been told takes insane 45 days to process refund!!

I started my journey with @airtelindia in 2006 onwards by their network I hv moved to postpaid since 2013 and I’m facing a lot network issue since last 2 years and now today it’s gone as no service.. really disappointing

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At 0742 PM account gets recharged with 2gb per day data recharge and at 0805 pm I get 50% usage alert and at 0824 , 2GB gets consumed. Superfast billing to customer. Why are you guys even providing that small data? Just ask for recharge in donation.
