    @airtelindia having multiple issues post moving to Airtel Black. Wanted to simply activate eSIM on my no., after multiple attempts got QR code that is not working & have lost the network too. 121 says cannot help your SIM must be damaged. Complete BS.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank How #Airtel Promising customer service when they don't have nearby stores in fatehpur 212601 and customer supervisor asked senior citizen customer to visit 100km nearby store for Sim replacement. Isn't pathetic service? #airtelpresence
