    @airtelindia Guys, please fix your web portal. First, It's a struggle to login. I don't get why an OTP authentication needs to be followed by visual tests. Secondly, the pay bill option is not responding. If there is a maintenance downtime, please mention in site.

    @airtelindia I had a airtel fibre connection before four months and yesterday the connecting wire has been cut at one place due to snowfall complaint raised team visted but they are asking me to pay for wire which is more than 100 mtrs ,didn't expected such kind of service.
