    @airtelindia fix your sim upgrade process. My prepaid sim got deactivated even before I got the new postpaid sim. Now I am stuck! none of your representatives reached out through the alternative contact number or email. Shame on the poor customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago there is always network issue at medanta, Gurugram. Sec 32 Institutional area Gurgaon. Airtel try to pretend this is the fastest network however, reality is something different.
