Airtel broadband is 3 km away from my house, I need it more in my house because here childs study online and they face a lot of problem in online study, Their mobile data ends quickly and their engineers are not giving me broadband connection @airtelindia @aajtak @ashokgehlot51

@airtelindia @devusinh with out asking customer confirmation from 999 plan Airtel changed it to 1199 they said we sent SMS is that an SMS is enough for customer to Change plan 200 rs for one customer think of 2 laks subscribers 4 crores in a month 48 crores in a year??

09-08-2022 Still waiting for issue to be resolved, @Airtel_Presence not getting proper update/response. @airtelindia if you are not able to fix the issue please take your devices back and refund my money. I will go for other ISPs who will provide uninterrupted service.

@Airtel_Presence If you really were apologetic then i would have had my complaint listened to but alas i havw received no reply from you in DM. @airtelindia contact number gives only automated false replies, the technician is still not in sight. No wonder airtel is fast losing its market.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Next day I logged the complaint myself and then another set of 2 technicians came who also couldn't resolve and had to give up. And then suddenly yesterday I get the message that ticket has been closed. I verified the speed and it ws still unresolved
