  @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

  I have not received any call from the technician and no visited my address yet. This is extremely disappointing and reflects the very poor quality of service provided by @airtelindia I escalated this issue yesterday, but there has still been no proper response or action.

  @airtelindia I experience terrible network loss with Fastlane (previously Priority I guess). Do look into it. DM'ed. Also had created a service request on your app, which mysteriously auto closes without any kind of correspondence. #airtelfastlane #airtelpriority #terriblenetwork
