  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of marketing strategy is this? Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first! Seriously disappointing. @jagograhakjago Please check your DM, for details.

  @airtelindia Very disappointing service. Your Retention Team called, but showed no interest in actually resolving my issue. My 20GB add-on data is still unusable despite repeated complaints. Please escalate this immediately and resolve it instead of giving scripted responses.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5 days and counting! Complaint logged on 27/08/2026 with a 5-hr resolution promise, but still unresolved as of 01/09/2026.Assigned engineer is ignoring calls and support gives generic technical issue excuses. Highly unprofessional!

  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

When we were in Goa, your stores made us run around not sorting the issue.When i came to bangalore, you’re now telling me to go to Goa/maharashtra and get this resolved.This is beyond pathetic service

  @airtelindia Complaint No. 11039237763 My Airtel broadband has not been working for the last 2 days, and your assigned engineer is refusing to even check the faulty connection.The engineer assigned Satyam Kumar Pandey (08792970317). Is this the level of service Airtel provides.
