Airtel broadband is 3 km away from my house, I need it more in my house because here childs study online and they face a lot of problem in online study, Their mobile data ends quickly and their engineers are not giving me broadband connection @airtelindia @aajtak @ashokgehlot51

@airtelindia hello Airtel I am a broadband service user from last one year . According to the plan I was supposed to receive and land line service . Which I have not got till tdy ..upon Askin the customer care it's like we don't have service there .. and it's a free service

@BDUTT @airtelindia Cellular mobile companies can cater only those clients, which comes under the frequency of their tower. Hence, it is duty of each user to search for nearest tower 🗼, if they want to avail the services. Otherwise keep on complaining and switch from one service provider to other.

@Airtel_Presence Yesterday I was told that I will receive a call till 1 pm today which I have not yet received. If the issue is not resolved today, I am planning to cancel my @airtelindia Black subscription and move to Jio for mobile and Tata for broadband. I am simply tired of your incompetence.
