@airtelindia Hi team I switched my number from jio to airtel on the 5 th of June and recharged my sim for 399 via airtel app and payment was successful from Paytm and Sbi account but the recharge was not successful. I have been calling customer support from 5th June no help.

@airtelindia lost connectivity after rain, all airtel mobiles are showing no range, the diagnostic tool fails when there is no network, when you start hotspot some other device it shows wrong errors of start 4G or VOLTE Any way of raising complaint in app would be welcome

@airtelindia is the customer liable to pay your bills if most of the time your network is so poor that even text messages does not go through , forget about calls. Pathetic and poor services. @DoT_India dont u have any such clause where customer is compensated.

@airtelindia hi team We’ve been facing really bad experience with our raised request to shift the connection to a different location on 17 july but it hasn’t been done till date. If team can’t do then we’ll have to opt for disconnect.
