  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic new product support teams. No one is ready to handle queries. On a 10mins call, I was redirected 5 times to different departs Support to WiFi to Prepaid to WiFi to Prepaid. Everyone raised their hand saying we don’t take care of it
