    Airtel broadband is 3 km away from my house, I need it more in my house because here childs study online and they face a lot of problem in online study, Their mobile data ends quickly and their engineers are not giving me broadband connection @airtelindia @aajtak @ashokgehlot51

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing frequent lag issues on my Airtel Wi-Fi. Every time I try to raise a complaint through the chatbot, it only runs network optimization and doesn't allow me to register the complaint. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is the 8-10 network issue I've faced in the last 3 months.Last month,I was without internet for over 10 days and still paid the full bill. If your fiber network can't provide stable service,why not move customers like me to AirFiber?Or is it even less reliable?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sales guy took Rs 1500 on Jun 6 for WiFi installation in Kondapur & ghosted. Called support 3x a day for 4 days, only got fake promises. 10 days, no installation. Install in 24 hrs or refund Rs 1500 so I can switch to @GoToJio. DM for phone/address.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Please dont dupe your existing customers when we request for disconnection. To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The number given on the app for Airtel Black customer never connects,why is it given in the first place, when there is no willingness to provide customer support. Only when a new connection is taken there will be call & way too many. #badcustservice

    @airtelindia trying to add 1 DTH connection to my #AirtelBlack ( ID: 10101020885734) for 3 weeks now. Multiple calls, tickets raised- ZERO resolution. Your team says "technical issue" every time. If adding a DTH is this hard, why sell Airtel Black? @gopalvittal @SunilBhartiMitl

    @airtelindia Raised complaint 4 days back for wrongful ITR roaming charge…no response still
