    Airtel broadband is 3 km away from my house, I need it more in my house because here childs study online and they face a lot of problem in online study, Their mobile data ends quickly and their engineers are not giving me broadband connection @airtelindia @aajtak @ashokgehlot51

    Never did I think I'll be writing a ****** review or complaint on Twitter, but looks like @airtelindia quality has gone so low that they have not been able to resolve a simple wifi connectivity issue at my home from 3 July until now. @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel is consistently disappointing, The network in my village in MP has been very poor for months, making it impossible to get any work done. There are prolonged outages lasting hours, yet recharge prices keep going up. Customer grievances are not being addressed. Shame on @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi recently, I installed Airtel wifi over multiple options and had 8 years of trust. Unfortunately, my journey has been horrible and raised multiple complaints yet no resolution. Absolutely poor customer journey. I am getting rid of it now. Totally wasted.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how can your teams close a complaint without any confirmation from the user if it has been actually resolved or not? Does your team lacks competence to the extent that they'd falsely mark a complaint resolved?

    @airtelindia how to connect internet to my android via hotspot, because recent restriction causes problem. Better to move to other companies. No freedom of internet usage, my product of internet I can share to anyone because I paid money. You against law @LiveLawIndia @trai

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is completely unacceptable. My Airtel AirFiber speed has dropped to around 2 Mbps after crossing 1000 GB, and I was never informed about any such Fair Usage Policy or speed cap. otherwise I would have made a different decision.

    @airtelindia I requested wifi shifting 1 week before still no engineer or any person came. Wifi shifting is very rubbish service here. If you are providing free shifting service then dont treat that free service as garbage. I will disconnet and throw this airtel setup next month.

    @netplusofficial @netplusofficial - such a fu€k all customer service who doesn’t even understand the basic technical issue , voice not yet activated and customer keeps the call hung like ***** !! @airtelindia - when are you live in Hero Homes Ludhiana ?? Waiting desperately.
