@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

@airtelindia very very pathetic service by airtel payment bank.i bought a fast tag for our commercial vehicle and after 15 days later still i have not received that tag.and because of this we are paying double amount on toll plaza. #dontbuyfasttagfromairtel

So @airtelindia decides to activate dnd on my mobile number, only problem is that it was already activated earlier(7 times in last one month) for all messages except transactional, is now downgraded to only promotional! Who runs @Airtel_Presence? Is @VodafoneGroup better?
