@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

I informed this to the network guy and he was quick to conclude that the issue is with my device and closed the ticket "31-4688803860009" @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia are you guys kidding here 3 of my smartphones are faulty?? except the old 2008 keypad phone 🤦

@Airtel_Presence @BandBajaateRaho @airtelindia Such a pathetic service by Airtel. Technician not picking call,getting false message of rectification,not able to do my office work. 3rd time this happened and starting of this month too. Love to switch it to other connection NOW.

@airtelindia Can you teach your employees to do their jobs? Since a week I have been asking them for an update on my issue but it seems they are ignoring me. How can you possibly say that you provide the best service? Because in my experience you give terrible service!!
