@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

Pathetic service from @airtelindia. Lodged multiple complaint from last 2 Mons, just they reset the wifi & again everyday outage, Spend 13/27 min with cus_care on hold. Result: "We've forwarded req"& assigned rep provide no proper info. 080101909465_kk @airtelnews #AirtelDown
