@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

As a user I can say if you are an @airtelindia user then your SIM can be deactivated without any reason and if you ask then the reason they give is the documents problem. why do you not inform us through message like you send for recharge if or documents not complete. #airtel
