@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

More than a week in and #jiofiber still cannot get my packet loss issue fixed. All I have received are assurances and no resolution. If any other #fiber @airtelindia providers are coming to my area, do let me know. @JioCare are quite horrible support.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ticket 31-4633705925880 was raised on 14 Feb'23 for network issue and same was closed without resolution on 2nd march.. i am following up with customer care team and now they need GNET data.. i am illetrate person.. please guide me how to collect it
