@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

Hi @airtelindia we are facing connection issues intermittently and have raised complaints a zillion times now but the issue never gets resolved permanently. Every second day it’s the same story. This is impacting my work severely. Do I need to switch to a different network?
