@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint 4 APBL with Reference no 7278119 was registered with u and u told me that it would be resolved within 2 days. But my complaint is not yet resolved & I contacted ur customer care and they say I can't deactivate my account please help.

@airtelindia even after recharging my prepaid phone multiple times and with sufficient balance, incoming calls are blocked on my number for low balance reason. I guess there is some techno issue on your end. @Airtel_Presence
