    @airtelindia It has come to my notice that a photo of some other person is registered for my number with my KYC! Which is the reason I’m unable to replace my damaged sim! This is a #fraud with the customer as well as @DoT_India it’s gross negligence of #TRAI norms #Airtelfraud

    @BSNLCorporate Fiber Broadband is down 75% of the day, EVERYDAY. Even after complaining this to the officials they refuse to take any action against it. Extremely Infuriating. I'd be glad to switch to @airtelindia if it was available in my area, @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia looks like calling you out on Twitter is the only thing I can do at this point. Fiber connection installed hardly 2 weeks back has been down for ~6 hrs. No useful response from local executive or helpline. And I have to join a new job tomorrow mrng:)

    @airtelindia How can I unsubscribe from AirtelXstream? There is no way to do it on the app. There is nothing in the FAQs. I called customer care and the IVR didn't give me the unsubscribe option. It's a violation of my consumer rights to not be able to unsubscribe.
