    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey again! You technicians had replaced the router on 15th February, still thre problem persists. Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Awesome service of Airtel dth-- for 3 weeks,they are not able to provide a remote for set top box and the complaint is arbitrarily & wrongly closed as resolved.-- just fake promises; even mail sent to MD's ID comes back as mailbox
