@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Now I asked customer care to disconnect my connection permanently but they are asking me to pay Rs146/-. I have not yet completed a month of my advance payment, and there is 5 days of disconnection in this month. As per my calculation there should be refund.

I tried building trust on Airtel Fiber over JIOFIBER but Airtel doesn’t want their customers to be happy. On 1st day of installation, it started creating problem and the worst part is they don’t even share the proper response to the customer. @airtelindia , @airtelnews

@airtelindia very pathetic service by your cust care and backend wiring team. I hd raised 4 connection shifting for fiber landline 02249715235. Ther was lot of delay. When i called cust care & said its urgent else will need to switch service. They were all ok to loose customer!!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Worst service from Airtel, Service down from 24th feb 2023 night. Customer care is only asking to wait from 2 days. Finally technician called today at 3.45 pm and refused to visit at my address.

@airtelindia guys I have raised almost 10 complaint till now from last 2 months . Ur team is reaching to me saying in 24 hrs issue will be resolved and nothing is happening. Please let me know if u don’t want me to use the connection I can look for another service provider.
