    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5G is available in my area, but the signal is extremely weak and inconsistent. It was very good till 5 days ago. I have complaint so many time at your customer care number but there is no resolution provide till now.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
