I also tried contacting customer care, but after dialing the required numbers, the call gets disconnected without connecting me to an executive.   @airtelindia Requested WiFi closure (11030355706) months ago. Device still not collected, bills keep increasing despite no usage. Customer care doesn’t work & no proper app option to disconnect. Getting a new connection takes a day, but closing one seems impossible. @airtelnews

  @airtelindia from morning 6AM wifi is disconnected and my work is impacted. I raised ticket then got answer that power outage in your area problem will solve by 8pm. Means in 14hr while next to my street internet is working properly. What is the pathetic service by airtel
