    @airtelindia 2/3 The moment my 30GB was exhausted, my internet became practically unusable—even on a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. If the add-on includes "Unlimited 5G," why does the service become unusable after the base data is consumed?

    @airtelindia The disconnection can happen only after that request is closed. I hate seeing that garbage box in my living room. @airtelindia services are getting worst than the civic services in the town

    @Airtel_Presence I have already emailed the provided email ID, but I'm only receiving automated bot replies. No one is addressing my actual issue. Can you please arrange a call from your support team so this can be resolved? This is getting very frustrating. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I was sold an Airtel Black connection with the assurance that I could pause my Wi-Fi plan whenever I travel. Now, when I actually need this feature, your support team says Pause Plan is not available for Airtel Black.
