@Airtel_Presence No solution and ticket closed. Got call from Airtel mgr Amitabh and he confirmed that my issue can't be solved and if I want I can change to prepaid or take decesion. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence providing false commitment and harassing user. Will drag you to consumer court

@airtelindia Yeah,you will be giving ₹49 free plan but m sure that there won't be any connectivity in rural areas... M facing the same problem from last one month in Delhi(National capital).. Rather than wasting money on such advertisement improve your customer service...
