    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my complaint 31-4255536102557, (27th Aug) reg DND calls, is closed without any resolution on 05th Sep. Your customer service rep refuses to reopen this today. He filed a new one 31-4267713425603. The time took to make this one is 10+ minutes. Too bad

    After 17 calls to customer care of which 8 escalation calls and 86 hours of waiting for activating the Internet, I m officially throwing out the modem provided by Airtel for their pathetic response..their customer team is fully filled up with lies and nothing else..@airtelindia

    I used to like Airtel's customer support so much untill this app made me absolute mad by it's buggy and hassled User Interface. Anyone installing the app my sole advice would be to install older version before this update. #airtelsupport #airtelthanksapp @airtelindia
