  This is not an India only policy. Many operators across the world already differentiate between on device data and hotspot usage on certain plans. The difference is that people there actually read the plan terms before buying. The real issue is transparency. If unlimited 5G excludes hotspot usage, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden in fine print. Consumers deserve clear communication, not surprises. @airtelindia @TRAI

  @Airtel_Presence Hi Attempt after attempt made to call the agent who has been assigned to do my job, but nothing has happened so far. I have called customer care 4 times and every time they are saying this will be done. But nothing changes. Completely frustrated @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My number +917737519293 is deactivated. Kota store staff is forcing me to take a high-value 800+ postpaid plan, refusing basic/minimum plans. This is unfair. Requesting immediate activation of my number on a minimum plan. Please help #Airtel #Kota

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence As expected, there’s still no resolution. In fact, no one has even contacted or connected with us yet. The situation is so frustrating that everyone in my building using an @airtelindia SIM is now planning to switch to another network.

  @TRAI Just doing the program will not help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence harass and exploit customers. What action do you take, they are doing open scams and frauds, first claim something and then dimiss it. If u want to disconnect their wifi or sims they dont let it do that as well.
