My complaint dt. 15 dec 18, still open. Ur network team working on it, very funny, is this fastest network. Today 6 month completed on complaint, no solution on network issue. We loose our trust on brand airtel, still hope #airtelThanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia Hi worst experience happen via recharge in Airtel thanks app, I have recharged 599 pack on 26th April via Airtel thanks app but the recharge was not reflected immediately so I made second recharge no again 599 so lose of money because of bug in Airtel thanks app

@subhash_kota @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia All they can do is offer their sincere apologies and fake promises. My network issue is pending for 7 months now. I would advice you to register a complain at the consumer forum. As I have done.
