    In this sense #airtel is way better must say. @airtelindia jio is worst. Can't even solve a small prob over phone and also technicians won't visit as well. Worst bc. #Jiodown

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia This is how they treat their customers, several calls have been made but no response from them and see the call duration of 31 mins, 50 mins. They are only taking their customers for granted.

    @airtelindia International roaming of 3999 was activated on our number without our knowledge. After making several complaints to your customer service and billing team, multiple visit to airtel outlet nothing has been done till now. Please help as we are on the verge of cancelling the no.

    @priyarajputlive @airtelindia @airtel_wifi Go for local providers like excitel, tripple play , nextra or whichever available in your area not only plan will be cheap but service will also be good. Jio and airtel are worse

    Please stop the excessive recharge reminder calls for my Airtel WiFi connection. The moment my plan expires I receive 15–20 calls a day. Even after saying I’ll recharge later, the calls continue nonstop. This is extremely irritating. Kindly fix this. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia 598 recharge done.Zee5 and Xstream still not working after several days and multiple follow-ups This is a 28-day plan and valid days are already lost without access to promised OTT benefits. Resolution timeline was also missed Need immediate resolution or refund.
