  Every customer care call comes with a fresh version. Statement date unchanged. No, it’s a 4-hour “network glitch.” Actually, it’s been moved from the 3rd to the 6th. I want one consolidated ebill on the 3rd, the promised discount, and no hidden charges. Clear? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel DTH has been down since yesterday. 4 complaints falsely closed “Customer not contactable” without a call. customer care no solution. Refused to assign another engineer, asked to wait till tomorrow. Is this Airtel’s customer service? #Airtel

  @airtelindia Going forward. I’m an Airtel customer for more than a decade. My house was under construction. They put an Airtel fibre in December for internal wiring. I shifted back in June this year. @airtelindia told me that distribution box had been blown by a cracker.

  @airtelindia - your network has gone to the drain off late. I cannot get proper network in my area, forget about using internet. Same issue in the office location as well. I dont know for what purpose should I use your service. Totally pathetic.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service in Gandhinagar! Trying to shift broadband since July 20. Requests canceled without notice. Closed old Fiber & paid ₹1500 for a new AirFiber on Aug 1. Now salesman ignores calls & store is unhelpful. Resolve or Refund! @TRAI
