    My @airtelindia SIM goes dead for no reason! Tried complaining online, no yield Rushed to nearest #Airtel store, got this reply: Bring Original Aadhar, alternate number (mandatory), Rs 50 (cash ONLY) as per TRAI SIM going dead is an emergency situation, why so many formalities?

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint on 19 October still no resolution. My mobile data not working. I wasn't able to go to customer care center, when I try to call customer care it is asking me to recharge when I have unlimited pack. Is there any easy way to reach Airtel?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia seems your executive Ankit needs over 2 weeks to update an email ID. No wonder why your customer care lies to people and closes tkts without acting on them. Never seen such poor service despite raising it on ur social media.

    @airtelindia I am a student at NIT Agartala. Everyday in the evening and sometimes in afternoon there is no network and I can't use internet. I have complained many times but nothing has been done. I did data recharge but still can't use because there is no data signal in evening.
