After the electric power outage, the power supply to the tower is cut off and the power generator is not even used, due to which the internet speed becomes very bad. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tower area : ward 10 , Reoti - Ballia Uttar-Pradesh. Please look over this matter

Not even able to connect through calls (voice is breaking up continuously) - customer care could not hear me properly. Living at a prime location and still facing such trivial connectivity issues. Kindly escalate this and do the needful ASAP. Extremely disappointed @airtelindia

@airtelindia your internet is just disgusting, it doesn't give a nice ping after 7:30 p.m and now it is not giving appropriate speed to watch something. There are 2 towers of airtel in my locality, so don't give excuses. Your customer care is worse as only a bot gives the answer
