Most user unfriendly service @airtelindia My 699 rupee recharge got wasted.... They don't understand the needs of customer I recharged with 699 for attending online classes previous my recharge plan was of 1.5gb/day Nd now i contacted customer service they said we can't help.🙏

Generally very prompt in solving complaints, currently Internet down for 4-5 days.... @airtelindia pls check , the technician resolved it once, again down within the hour.
