@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Note you showroom in Ambernath is charging very high. For SIM change they charge 150 to 250 vary from customer-customer as per customer care charge is Rs25

If the issue persists then I will have no option but to port to @reliancejio. We have 3 mobile connections and all of us will port if this issue is not resolved. I have been @airtelindia customer for almost 2 decades. This is worst service experience.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if network gets auto convert into 2G then why it doesn't get calls connected? You need to do a lot of work before launching 5G. I have to go out of my room to call anyone with 4G VoLTE network. I think calls can be done on 2G network also. Disappoin

Does @airtelindia even give a **** about its customers? Not a single working customer care number i could find n even after finding one all they did was put me on a audio loop, neither do they reply to email... It's so frustrating

Hello @airtelindia , on one hand u are ready to launch 5G,on the other hand, ur 4G is so weak that it stops working after 4 pm daily .you never compromised 1 paise for recharge then why u forcefully making us wait. Do u really give value to customer's time
