    @nikhilAKAsunny @airtelindia The issue is this. Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 2 days since we raised a complaint, and your representative is not answering & ignoring my calls If you can't provide quality service, pls give us a refnd of what we paid we will switch to other services this is so pathetic to the core

    @airtelindia the worst service ever seen. Calling the help desk from last two days for engineer visit as the system is down and no visit has been carried out and fiber line is not working. If you are interested to help the customer kindly call me on 7083910686.

    @airtelindia #AirtelXstream @AjayChitkara2 1 month before i bought Airtel Xtreme fibre with dth but 2 daz after network frequently starts disconnected. I complaint many times but no resolution has been given,even calls disconnected by ur engineers.Please do the needful

    Every month i get a call from customer care that they will cancel the connection after the bill is paid.from past three months ,they have been telling me this.I,going by morals have been diligent and didnt make any scene out of it. @airtelindia
