  @airtelindia i have been complaining for my router change since 3 months due to disconnection issues, but still didn't get any resolution from airtel xtreme fiber service.. Its very disappointing service from ur side, so please initiate the process for changing my router..

  @airtelindia You guys have the worst customer service. Only IVR. There is no way I can connect to customer service. I have this Airtel x stream and I am trying to shift connection of my broadband and DTH but no response till date. Pathetic service!!!

  @airtelindia You guys are shameless and a lot of useless people. I have been complaining since 26/1/23. You have not taken any steps to resolve my complaint. Employees are goons and now I am forced to believe that management is also of goons. Shame on you. Close down your shop.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to change my prepaid sim to eSim but your shop employees refused me saying we will only do it for postpaid sim! What kind of ridiculous service is this? Even 121 has no customer support guy!I am going to port my number to jio if no1 helps
