I am having network issue from 3 months and registered the complaint but that complaint gets closed, I tried to reopen by appealing but instead of re-opening , they created a new ticket, still no response.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .Do we have any SLA?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Rather your executive told me I can go for disconnecting my existing connection and they don’t care about it. When I raised complaint, complaint was closed without providing any solution.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst 4g network. Claiming to be 4g but it's not even 2g. Don't display the network as 4g if people are not even able to access a single thing that relies on the internet. Very disappointing

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If u r not in providing proper service then please disconnect my broadband connection. My locality is recently got fiber optic line. When I requested ur office I have been told that if I want fiber optic connection I have 2 get new connection.
