    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic day by day. In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network

    At 12:45AM I checked my net balance & to my surprise total 348 mb data is deducted without mobile data on & usage. How is this possible fraudsters @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? Day by day you are degrading your service. Similar incident happened on 22/06/2021.

    @Airtel_Presence I only get message where the resolution time gets extended from yesterday 5pm to today 9 am and now 7th of July. No one responds properly in the customer care, just keep on saying you will get resolution in 4 hours @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Giving all kinds of gibberish excuses & suggestion as if I don't know what is data internet smart phone apps & all. Using this pathetic service from 2017. Till 21st June 2021 & 03rd July 2021 had no issues regarding data usage. Now @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence cheats & steals.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a plan upgrade request for my broadband on 15 June 2021 as I got the call from Airtel for same. Plan is not yet upgraded, Raised complaint as well on call on 29 Jun, but no updates yet. 07554940301

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence still ur not concerned ??? Net is still not working...I guess that's fair enough..I am not paying the last bill and u don't give a damn for restoring network. Will look out for other options now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how much time do you take to provide service to your customer. More than 24 hours numerous calls to customer care and still no one resolution, only a message with extension of the date. Pathetic is the only word for u guys

    Called to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence CC today. Like service & network they are also so pathetic & keep murmuring company's dialogue like how to save data, how to consume data, when to switch off-on data, how to track data from their app & handset data usage statistics & so on.
