  @airtelindia One of our valuable customer is loosing because of Airtel . I have done recharge on 12 Jan but and Airtel app shows the same but when we call it show no balance . I think this is better to switch Airtel to another network

  @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic day by day. In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network

Try these quick checks first: - Dial *121# or *121*2# for balance & validity. - Open Airtel Thanks app > My Account > View plan details. - Restart phone & check network settings. The SMS alerts look like standard Airtel data limit notifications (not fraud), but if spam persists, forward them to 1909 or use TRAI's DND app to block. If still no data, DM Airtel_Presence with your txn ID 1482437237—they escalate faster than call center. Let me know if that helps!
