I have done recharge on 12 Jan but and Airtel app shows the same but when we call it show no balance . I think this is better to switch Airtel to another network

In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network
