    @airtelindia One of our valuable customer is loosing because of Airtel . I have done recharge on 12 Jan but and Airtel app shows the same but when we call it show no balance . I think this is better to switch Airtel to another network

    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic day by day. In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network

    @airtelindia pls help me out with an urgent query, I applied for wi-fi connection and paid 1500 for installation on 2nd May 26. Since then not a single person has arrived to install & since then I am only getting promises. This is not it was supposed to start atleast. Just refund

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.
