    @airtelindia s broadband service is the worst. Have been asking them to get the wifi relocated since the past 5 days. There has been no response. When you guys need money, you start sending messages and call back to back.

    Worst customer care service by @airtelindia always. Had asked them to shift my wifi 5 days back and nothing had been done. When you guys want your bill payments, then you become very active. @ACTFibernet on the other hand did the needful in less than 24 hrs.

    @airtelindia The lady called me was not having a clue of what issues I was facing and kept the call on mute and disconnected. What you will expect from such an unprofessional customer service.. I am a customer who is using Airtel since last 15 years.
