  @airtelindia One of our valuable customer is loosing because of Airtel . I have done recharge on 12 Jan but and Airtel app shows the same but when we call it show no balance . I think this is better to switch Airtel to another network

  @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic day by day. In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network

  Hi @airtelindia Port my number to your network in August. Now facing worse data service and using this number for calling only. Please do analyse the problem and take proper action in depth. Or suggest a good network so I can port my number to that network. 🙏 @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia I am a senior officer. I got a set top box recharged for Rs 2299 for 6 months. 15 days later TV doesn't work, says recharge again. I called numerous times on customer care in vain. I ll advise not to go for Airtel DTH at all. Zero customer service.Extremely harassing

  @airtelindia Hello, As per your Advertisement your services are too good and you are providing 5G plus services, but as per my point your services is worst. I have 2 boadband connection whise net is not working since 5 days i.e. 26th march for which i complained on 198 (1/3)

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not sure on what basis the management claims airtel service is best and has no open complaints. Have raised 4 service issues.. and till date there is no response forget resolution ..now when I connect to customer service the reply is horrible
