    @TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ....I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account ... but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about...I need urgent recharge...Help me as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia Pls resolve my request 31-3613377534252 as it is pending since 3 months and I have raised request 3-4 times in this 3 month and mailed 20 times for this same issue but still not getting result and got 4 times date from your advisor and all get failed so kindly resolve or refund.

    @menakadoshi It doesn't help one wee bit ... Their networking infrastructure is ****. call drops are high and 4G works like 3G but 1 month became 28 days . Nodal officer rides on a high horse who does not answer the common man but answers corporate @airtelindia

    @airtelindia ...@Airtel_Presence ..Internet Connectivity has gone down further from poor to worse for last 03 days. Your all claim that you are improving internet connectivity signal has been proved futile! Simply saying your service is pathetic!

    @vasudha_ET @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sir, you are right . We are also suffering the same poor internet service . Moreover, airtel internet service from 4pm onwards in Dhaniakhali, Hooghly, W.B. PIN 712302, is zero. If u contact them on 121, no reply. If it remains same, i hv to port to SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

    @airtelindia Please fix my internet, I have complain 10 to 15 times but no response. I have visit Airtel store in saheed nagar near reliance fresh, they don’t know how to treat customers.
