    @airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint..i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative.. Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account .. but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about.I need urgent recharge. Help me as soon as possible.

    Dear @airtelindia this is too much, your internet services really sucks, now I feel like i am using airtel 2g service. Also i have complaint it so many times.

    @TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

    @airtelindia I had requested for Airtel Xtreme DTH but as the Covid cases were incresing I decided to hold this but I paid the amount, after so many complaints also my amount is not deducted yet, this is the worst service from Airtel. Kindly help! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    This ****** @airtelindia DTH services are worst, they didn't refunded my amount after cancellation due to Covid conditions at my place, it's been 2 months now! Such a worst service as always! I would not suggest @Airtel_Presence to anyone!

    @airtelindia 5g services are not truly unlimited. Today I was fully in 5h area and signal was continuously 5g but still got below message 50% Alert: You have consumed 50% of your data. Top-up now via Airtel app What's use of calling true 5g, bad service compare with @reliancejio

    @airtelindia what kind of service you guys are providing. you guys charge money and send bills even when we are not using them. but when we get any issue in the network your technician arrives at our place and in the name of service charges take 200 rupees. which is invalid.

    @Airtel_Presence I have been in contact with your customer care team but one has proper TAT. The internet is now down since 2+ days which is more than 50 hrs. Do you think this is professional behaviour from @airtelindia to seat on an issue for these may hours.

    @airtelindia i have Recharged with 449 pack still my data is being cut from my data balance inspite of i am in 5G network and not able to use unlimited 5G as shown in pack.

    @airtelindia I am facing continuous internet connectivity issues with my Airtel broadband connection. For the past 2 days, there has been no internet access at all. This is not the first time — I have already raised complaints earlier, and the issue keeps repeating.

    Got Airtel Wi-Fi on 11 March with a 3-month plan, and the connection was suddenly cut on 28 April without any notice. No network, no update,no support You claim to be the best, but this is honestly the worst service experience. Fix this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia i keep receiving messages from you that someone will contact me but no one does. Someone was assigned to me today. He didn't call. When I called him he said he has no idea he had to so something. Issue is still pending. What's going on?
