@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ....I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account ... but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about...I need urgent recharge...Help me as soon as possible.

@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

I also find it difficult to understand that @airtelindia is unable to comprehend the never ending delay to setup the infrastructure to provide broadband to a user who’s been requesting for the connection from past 3 years.

My sim card got corrupted, so I bought a new one on Saturday. The gallery person just has to put n wait 4 hours . It's been 4 days, no network .. also, they charged 100 bucks for new even its not my fault... pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel
