@airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint..i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative.. Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account .. but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about.I need urgent recharge. Help me as soon as possible.

@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

@airtelindia your services are ridiculous.there’s no Internet connectivity at my location and your executive says the issue will be resolved tomorrow by 12.30!also,they say the working hours are till 8pm.the issue came in at 9.shouldn’t you keep your engineers on standby 24x7?

It’s very annoying that since last 15 days the network of Airtel is very disappointing we are unable to use internet speed not even 2g speed. I have registered a complaint last week but it’s to be solved till 13 but no resolution has been given @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
