@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

@airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint..i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative.. Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

@airtelindia we had lodged a concern of wifi not working since morning and also booked slot for visit. The technician did not turn up even after having spoken on the issue . The slot was 7.30 pm and technician denied to attend and stopped answering phone . This was not expected

@airtelindia every time I contact airtel customer care with some concern to get it resolved they always provide me worst experience than ever before. They weren't even able to provide me the receipt for recharge I have made from 20 days. And they call themselves the best network.
