@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

@airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint...i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative... Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer care experience by Airtel. Charging 50ps for every 3 mins. Still not talking keeping call blank and deducting 50ps. In emergency i am calling as I had requested for Postpaid from prepaid more than 24 hr over stil no update.
