@airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint...i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative... Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

@airtelindia Every 6 - 8 months I have to pay for a new set top box as the old ones stop working, and it is a regular process for me (Customer I'd: 3007686732). Unless I get a better resolution, it is time to move on from airtel as it is really not a profitable relationship.

So a brand new @airtelindia xtreme connection is costing 2499. But if you want to upgrade from your existing airtel DTH then you pay 2549. What kind of mad pricing is this? Shouldn't existing customer pay less?
