@TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

. @airtelindia has the worst ever broadband service. After paying 1200 per month for 3000 mbps, all I get is 2 mbps, 10 mbps max. Have been logging complaint with them since the past 5 months now but no response. The customer service team is an utter waste of time.

@Airtel_Presence One of the worst customer care experiences with @airtelindia . The only thing which was decent about Airtel has gone to the dogs. So called #AirtelBlack has a "dedicatedly pathetic" customer care who don't even register a complaint.

Only they are giving SR number but once you asked them the status after their TAT they said its not process yet again they will generate one more SR number but can't give solution even they will generate only SR or nothing else @airtelindia #AirtelBlack #AirtelXstreamFiber @TRAI
