    This ****** @airtelindia DTH services are worst, they didn't refunded my amount after cancellation due to Covid conditions at my place, it's been 2 months now! Such a worst service as always! I would not suggest @Airtel_Presence to anyone!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account .. but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about.I need urgent recharge. Help me as soon as possible.

    @TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

    @airtelindia Airtel is worst not able to talk to customer care representative to raise my complaint...i tired severla time from yesterday to connect customer care representative... Regarding cancelled recharge and not getting back my money.

    @airtelindia I had requested for Airtel Xtreme DTH but as the Covid cases were incresing I decided to hold this but I paid the amount, after so many complaints also my amount is not deducted yet, this is the worst service from Airtel. Kindly help! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Raised request on 18 Apr to switch DTH→IPTV, paid as advised. In Bhopal (not remote). 4–5 follow-ups, same “in progress” reply. Yesterday promised resolution by 12:30 PM today — missed again. Resolve or I port ALL Airtel services. #Airtel #PoorService

    I'm using airtel black with Cust ID - 3062117152-001 and my D2H connection has been disconnected since 7 days and no proper progress from @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia this is the worst experience for Airtel Black customer who was promised priority services.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a downfall. Below standard service with frequent wifi cuts. Your customer service gives a generic answer which we already know and acts privileged/ uninterested, doesn't share any further info. What a waste!!
