    @TRAI Pathetic customer handling by Dewas @airtelindia office exec. Anant Vaishnava. He was such rude and arrogant when I walked in for my broadband disconnection. He said his ID is blocked from last 15 days. Why the hell we have front office if they cannot get their id fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ....I recharged 598, from which I debited 382rs from Amazon wallet and 162 from my account ... but my recharge has not been done yet and customer care is not even being talked about...I need urgent recharge...Help me as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is how you treat your customers. its been 2 day without internet even after recharging the account on correct date.And during the pandameic where were a working from home and without internet its really making life difficult. No responsiblity..

    @amazonIN please enter broadband business also and revolutionize internet industry. Currently having @airtelindia and had @HathwayBrdband earlier. Both not upto the mark and service of hathway was veery very bad and and airtel bad too.
