@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service. First you guys ask customer to pay in advance and then keep on making excuses that no free line in your area and it will take time for approvals. Its been already more than 2 days and still no response from your team.

Don't care for customer is @airtelindia mantra, broadband down since last night. Time slot was 1030-1130 engineer turns up at 1230 says another will come to lay cable at 1430, at 1530 gives name of another who on calling says will come after 1700 hours

Thank You so much !! Let me try this. This @airtelindia is useless.. Their IVR system is waste of time.. Even USSD codes are also not working. Unable to get emergency loan also.. Airtel to Airtel balance transfer service was also not working. I am very upset with Airtel. WORST 😖

@airtelindia I don't know how to frame this but... Your IVR is really laggy. Your network is not proper. I am not able to get to the customer executive. Have been using Airtel for a while and have faced these issues ever since. Planning to port.
