You guys took a technology upgrade request and informed me it will be done within 24hrs on 18/8/2022 and keep on extending your timeline till now. Even yesterday your team called & informed that today service technician will be visiting so I took a leave which is LOP.@airtelindia

Really disappointed with the service of Airtel Digital TV platform prior to Airtel we were using Tata Sky which was flawless in terms of signal and had never faced issue with the signal but with airtel facing problems from day1.Nobody has solved problem till date @airtelindia

@aravindhanIPS @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They are very poor in providing redressal of any grievance. They take you for a ride and end up doing nothing. It happened with my porting number from vodaphone and then with Airtel Fiber. They really don't care about customer. End up going to ACT Fiber.
