I just talked to customer care of @airtelindia and he spoke so rudely and didn't resolve my issue about my network issue he kept on saying "aisa hee hoga" rather than solving my issue!!!had the worst experience of my life i recharged my Airtel to enjoy 5g services but can't enjoy

Now time come to switch from @airtelindia to @reliancejio as Airtel 5g is not working, now even old quality of Airtel 4g is not available... I think Airtel doesn't care for their customers even I can't scroll status on what's ND stories on insta .. need to change

@subpra Same with @airtelindia as well.. asked for details regarding security cameras, got call back and he started speaking in Hindi. Said they will call back with kannada talking representatives and never got call back

@airtelindia #Re-Verification Req No-RV000100256D Mob-92126XXXXX , Visited airtel store assure me will resolve this issue within 2or 3 days but after 16 days still the same issue!! Professionally by Uber driver due this Not able to go for work, big loss for me.
