    Though the order was showing payment failed, @airtelindia did add the charge to the post bill. I asked customer support to revise the bill multiple times and file a complaint to remove the extra charges.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel broadband was installed and activated on 2nd July. but the billing started from 26th June. May I know the reason for this? And hence I don't want to continue the service anymore. Please initiate the processing to discontinue the service
